You will also exit Unarmed stance if you do Treechopper (DF1) or Reverse Treechopper (DF2). These will require you to be next to the planted axe. Scorpion is really good for Shao because it lets you structure combos for a late EX Devastator, maximizing your time in Unarmed stance and taking full advantage of how Devastator mostly ignores enemy gravity.

Just because you lose does NOT mean you’re trash. You would get pulverised in these matches. Winning with the consistency of Sonic Fox, NinjaKilla would make any high level look 🚮 in the eyes of the average viewer/kasual player but not the case

Not rly, he has plenty of tools he can use and he’s supposed to be a 50/50 character so giving him a strong zoning game would just be too much.

@@Nahmbre hes not a strong 50/50 he doesnt have a fast low aside from the no hammer sweep and its not asking for a super strong zoning but something that will help, shao against kitana or shang is literally just ggs his projectile too slow and any kameo can just be interupted and back to zoning, his projectile can be a little faster just a little so he can at least trade projectiles but he cant. if u try him against a zoning character u would understand, plus his size doesnt help the hitbox basically gets him caught in the air as well

@@mikehunt0504 here’s a tip. Kameos exist for a reason and shao has FANTASTIC kameo variety. If ur getting zoned pick sub and call it a day OR since you want a fast low maybe use kung Lao. Kameos exist to help characters with their weaknesses. Edit: ALSO if you want a better fatal pick motaro who covers EVERY problem you brought up. Fast low, great counter zoning, faster fatal blow. Boom ur problems are solved Edit the sequel: ALSO shao is probably the best 50/50 character in the game(behind Johnny)so ur big trippin bro

@@Nahmbre dude i play 1 him motaro projectile lows go a mid distance, his longer one takes forever to pop in, 2 wtf is kung lao 2 hats gonna do to a shang on the other side of the screen??? 3 same thing sub zero ice only takes a certain amount of projectiles before breaking its just 1 reiko projectile or an amp shang fire ball, the only thing u right abt is motaro fatal blow help its great but it sucks hes the only character that has it not all of the kamoes should have it but just 1? and so i say to u if u dont play the character shut up😂😂😂and no reiko overhead and low faster, and what about sindel? like dude if u just watch youtube videos on characters stfu and play the game
