If you’re going to go to a zoo, you owe the animals there respect. People put them outside of their natural habitat and into a confined space so that you have the chance to learn about the natural world and gain knowledge about these incredible animals, not so you can taunt and torment them. These poor chimps deserve just as much respect as any person. They are 98% you, so show them the same respect you would like to be shown, or others show to you.

I used to watch this series all the time. I miss it dearly, is it still on TV, or did they take it off after the attack on that man? Which that man NEVER should have been in there for any reason whatsoever!!! I don't blame the chimps...I was always worried for that beautiful man that rescued them from horrible existences, but he really shouldn't have gone in their either. Sooner or later something bad would have happened to him ( especially if Jao was mad at him or God forbid if Jao died. Other chimps would want to be the alpha and maybe not want that man in there !!! I saw an episode when Jao would NOT put his hand out and turned his back on him and he had to run into the enclosure!!! So why did this guy that was there once before ( I think) go in there??? What was he expecting? The chimps probably saw him as a threat...Also who the heck gave him permission to go inside??!! I used to watch this series all the time. I miss it dearly, is it still on TV, or did they take it off after the attack on that man? Which that man NEVER should have been in there for any reason whatsoever!!!
