The Lunarians used to live on top of The Red Line. So Imu didn't create it. It's possible that the water level was much higher and become lower to point people can now live below the red line. Now Imu is going bring the world to what it once was.

I think this statement would be more coercion. Because most fishman still harbors hate against humans. Luffy would want everyone to be under one sun getting along. But some don’t want it because the island serves like a prison and they got used to it. It’s a reoccurring theme since pre timeskip. The way how nami’s room got destroyed by luffy so she could be free, sanji shackling himself on the restaurant, chopper(coercion to join), robin (destroying that shackle of the wg), there’s more. There’s just something that needs to be destroyed for someone to be free. For fishman, it would be that small bubble of island. It’s just my take. It could be something else.

Most likely Enies Lobby is where the Ancient Kingdom used to be located. Enies Lobby was built over the hole to cover it up. That’s what I think.
One nice aspect of the "the ine piece world was flooded in the past" theory that many people seem to ignore is how weird marine life is. I mean look at most of the sea kings; some are swimming lions, cows, zebras etc...maybe a hint that animals that lived in land evolved, after the world flooded, into marine life but still held onto their past genes of terrestrial animals.

Maybe the ancient weapons werent for fighting but for defending as a full 180 of expectations. Poseidon could command the seakings to pull the noah and/or rescue people from the flooding, pluton is a ship that could hold more people aswell as defend against attack, maybe uranus is the same and could escort people up to the sky islands out of the reach of the WG.

One of the other ideas and contrasts between the real world flood and the one piece one is that after noah and his family got off the ark, God placed a rainbow in the sky to promise that he would never destroy the earth again with water (Genesis 9:8-18) I think it's an interesting contrast, the real God of this world made a covenant to never send a second flood, however the false gods (the celetral dragons) of the one piece world want to distory humanity a second time with water. I wonder if they will be stopped because of a rainbow or if joyboy made a similar promise to his generation of people.

You mention flooding so what if there's more than one knock up stream scattered across the world which if there was a super continent could have separated the world into different sections. I forgot who had this theory but my favorite explanation for why Enies Lobby is permanently day is that it was the result of a Light Light devil fruit awakening, and we'll see a repeat of it now with Kizaru at Egghead. Basically, the reason why Enies Lobby still has the island, albeit hovering over a void in the ocean, is that the island was protected from an ancient weapon by the Light Light fruit user sacrificing themselves with their awakening to save the island, and it was permanently day afterwards.

I feel like the mother flame is floating on top of ennies lobby. vegapunk refers to it as "infinite energy" sounds like they're talking abt a sustained nuclear fusion reaction, a miniature sun. A detail about Wano, it shows the level of the Ocean outside Wano has increased, Ancient Wano (800 years ago) would be under water currently in the world of OP, the sea level is above Ancient Wano, indicating that the level of the sea increased globally.

Maybe the cause of Aqua Laguna at water 7 is because a new set of redline or patches is added and so it is causing the Aqua Laguna, and it happens every year because it needs massive energy like the skill have to wait for its cool down.

The problem with just destroying the Red Line is that isn't how water displacement works. If all of that rubble fell into the sea, given that there's a substantial amount of it above the sea, there would then be even MORE of it now in the sea making sea levels rise even further - drastically even. So they would have to be completely obliterated with no debris or lowered flush with the sea floor.
The one piece map can really be helpfull to show you that lulusia was accualy so closee to alabasta...imagine that this island just vanish so close to the main story line. thanks @ohara
