As a matter of fact I used to do Inspections at those very apartments where he lived. Used to be a nice quiet suburban town until a lot of Bay Area transplants who were priced out during the late 90’s, early 2000’s housing boom moved in. Unfortunately many brought big city problems with them and Antioch now has quite a crime problem. Thankfully Najee was able to avoid that. God bless him.

Mid 2000s section 8 and others from out of town started moving into the area...they brought with them bad behavior and a bad mentality and ruined the area. The area near Antioch high where he lived (sycamore) has always been bad though. Good town messed up because people don't know how to act...freaking sad.

  • That was a really good video. Wish I'd had a Mom so good. He talked about growing up in poverty. I grew up just barely above poverty, stayed there most of my life BUT ended up homeless for about 10 years. The first 5 years were spent taking care of my wife that was terminally ill. After she passed away I spent another 5 trying to get over (or move on from) the whole experience. So I understand his motivation & envy the athleticism to do what he has done. Very talented player & I believe as long as he can stay healthy the sky is the limit for this young man. Very proud that he decided to go to Alabama, cuz I don't think he would have been noticed as much without being on the undefeated 2020 Championship Team. Mac Jones, Najee Harris & Devonta Smith led that offense to victory in the toughest games. The Ole Miss game. I was more worried about that game than the Georgia game going in to it. I knew they would persevere against Georgia, but Lane Kiffin is a really great motivator & play caller & Najee helped carry Bama to victory that night.

I have a son that is so amazing at sportsand all i can say is I hope my son takes a path like this to keep him focused on a better attitude and a path that will lead him to be a great person.

    • @@mauriceboykin4422 LMAO!!!...maybe if your team would stop being such cheap skates you could stop your obsession with Bama and enjoy a Natl Title or two yourself...Otherwise, it's not healthy for you to let Bama live in your head like this bro...Your constant posts about the Crimson Tide just shows how miserable they are making you...So if you hate Bama so much, my advice is for you to stop watching football because most years the University of Alabama is gonna be the Natl Champs...Not a damn thing you can do about it, so stop obsessing...And if we are paying all these players, like you say, call the NCAA main office and give them your proof...Otherwise is just looks like you're making excuses for why Bama stomps your favorite teams ass every single year...Thanks
