  • I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, how does Seaworld not get this? They’re not meant to be kept in tiny little bathtubs, are they for real? They’ve caused multiple deaths of whales and trainers and I fully believe the whale wouldn’t have meant any harm, but as research shows - captivity sends them psychotic, which they’re to blame for. It’s too late to set them free now as they’ll never ever survive. The blood is well and truly on SeaWorlds hands, as all they are, are money thirty parasites. Sooner they close all SeaWorld establishments and let Whales, Dolphins swim free like they’re meant to do, the better. No more barbaric behaviour and horrible torture to these animals. I hope the employees at sea world are happy, and before anyone jumps in and says it’s a job, I’d rather be unemployed than have a job that endures suffering on animals. Barbaric, sick twisted bastards!!

    • So you're ok with wild animals suffering because of pollution? You truly are the barbaric one not these trainers that spend 24/7 365 days a year with these animals giving them all the care and love they deserve. None of these orcas were captured they were born at these parks so releasing them is a death sentence. I've watched more RECENT videos of Ula and her pectoral fin and head are normal looking. Also Loro Parque has nothing to do with SeaWorld so they can breed their whales whenever they want and it will help conserve them than seeing their wild counterparts go extinct which is happening to the Southern Resident orca pods. I'd rather be at Loro Parque or SeaWorld if I was an orca, I'd be getting the best veterinary care and fed throughout the day whether I perform or not. Also Mr. Ventre has not worked at SeaWorld for over 17 years. He worked with killer whales for only three out of the seven years that he worked there. Mr. Ventre was fired for sticking his head inside the mouth’s of one of the whales known to be aggressive..........that's someone you believe in uh? He didn't take safety protocols seriously, if only the orca had bit him then maybe he would take safety seriously. I seriously hope you don't have pets that do tricks because if you do then you're a hypocrite.

It was discovered through testing that Morgan is deaf and can’t use her echolocation to hunt for survival. It’s probably why she stranded in the first place. If they try to release her, she will strand again. Because of the controversy surrounding Morgan, it has been made policy to euthanize stranded whales.

Yes they can life longer, but that depends on the individual animal. It doesnt have much to do with quantity of life, but rather quality. In captivity there are many many stresses that contribute to their lifespans being greatly reduced. That and a captive killer whale simply has no quality to their lives....there is nothing stimulating for them to do in a barren tank. • It looks my comment disapeared, but I have a theory. It turns out Ula was bottle fed because Morgan was unable to produce near enough Milk for her calf. Morgan could only produce about half a liter when she should have been producing about 6 liters a day. I am beggining to think that Morgan was unable to produce enough milk due to various stressors in her life, depression, other factors. Another issue was when Adan was born, his mother was unable to feed him properly. I'm sure there is other cases of this in captivity, I just find it very odd these things have happened in the same place... However, I find it intriguing that the father of Ula is Keto and NOT Adan. It's more prominent and Adan is much bigger now but his head is shaped almost exactly like Ulas! I am wondering if his is a deformity and was passed down to her and he is the father, or something else. It is very suspicious to me.

Leto and Morgan aren’t even the same sub species of orca, and Keto is the main orca that rakes and beats on Morgan. Also, Morgan was 11 when she had the calf, making her 4 years younger then some of the youngest orcas that have ever had calves in the wild. I wouldn’t call that love and maybe it wasn’t “forced” but it’s not natural that’s for sure.
