Hello maam... i am following you from really long time; i lose 16 kg in 2021 with your informative videos. I live in Canada and my husband is truck driver. Can you please make some videos for truck drivers bcz in Canada drivers play very important role to deliver groceries and all and they are struggling with weight and digestion. So, please share some ideas for daily routine and recipes for lunch box. It will be helpful ❤
