QuickWash is located at The tunnel primarily uses Christ Hybridtechnik equipment, and their single side belt conveyor is roughly 40m long. It has a Volume Plus prewash arch, turbo wheel blasters, Kinematic top brush/exit facing wrap/wheel brush combo, Flex-Express wraps, and Kontex side washers modified with taller cores for washing, an entrance facing wrap/Kinematic top brush combo for polishing, an Aeroflex-3 blower gantry, and an entrance facing wrap/Kinematic top brush combo for textile drying. All the equipment is outfitted with Brushcom materials, including CCT Foam on the first set of wraps, Hybrid on both top brushes, MicroAct cloth on the side washers and second and third sets of wraps, and DryPolish on the textile drying unit. QuickWash uses Caramba chemicals, and the top wash includes the lava bath, polish wax, protectant, wheel cleaning, and underbody.
