The ANC was too slow. Nevertheless, the misuse of the name and logo of the people's army is disgraceful. It must certainly lead to violence.
It’s not surprising anc lost. There was no money to loot, so this wasn’t the priority. That’s how ancient govern the country, by always forgetting that people are jobless and poor. It’s like you get robbed but don’t report the robbery until you met the person who robbed you.
It is no wonder it is easy in SA to register a political party. This is based on the the process the IEC follows i.e. allow the party that applies to supplement its application once the IEC has decipher some deffects on it. It was the contention of the ANC that such an application needs to be treated as new. It is against this background that the MK and 15 more other parties have been registered. I think it will be proper for the ANC in future to challenge this part of IEC legislation at the Constitutional Court. No doubt the outcome of the judgement of this case is noted with concern. Viva ANC viva. Forward to the decisive victory in the upcoming election forward! Amandla!!
The IEC processes should not be used to prevent parties to register, instead they exist to make it easier for anyone to register a political party...which is a democratic right to all..viva IEC..

What a waste. Period. It matters not whether the wins or looses. The members that have joint the MKP will not vote for ANC. My advice is the ANC is to come with better offers. I understand there is lack of creativity within MKP. It just failed to adopt a name that is not linked to any organization. Sometime you don't need to be wise to understand when you are used. I remember how we sideline Tbos for JZ and JZ for RC7. Why when you are treated the same as you treat others you become bitter.
