Bill Clinton interviewed by Arsenio Hall.
Last portion of interview with Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Interesting viewpoints expressed. Some still echo today.
I'd prefer to hear others' comments on opinions expressed.

That being said, let's not idealize Clinton and the 90s - the problem now is the same as the problem then = you don't have capitalism without Racism and Slavery. I live in LA and the 15$ / hour salary is nothing more than pocket money, and another form of slavery.

    • Personally, he's one of my very favorite presidents--certainly within my lifetime. Historically ranking anyone is very difficult of course but I believe he's consistently placed within the top fifteen greatest presidents by politically independent scholarly surveys. I was reading responses to a Quara question about what President Clinton was really like in person. Some of the people were individuals who'd met him briefly (e.g., for an autograph, a photo...etc.) but also included those who worked for him or with him in some capacity. Without exception they commented on how genuinely warm and gracious and intelligent this man is. I've heard so many people over the years accuse Clinton of putting on an "act" for his own purposes and that makes me a little angry for him since I'm convinced he's one of the few truly decent public leaders we've had in modern times.
