Have you tried it now in paris, because I found a lot of fps drop in there. Especially when a lot of npc appears.
fps drop can be up to 35, even though I've tried to used the lowest graphics.
For some reason mine is working like a gem at high settings perfectly stable 60 fps not even a single fps drop and I use my laptop at battery saver + power saving mode with fans at turbo so the temps are always between 60-65 non AC room
