  • This is a great wood project book kzhead.infoUgkxkPIWb22DigCqxmlXerCyUF4HCl6eSU2L . Most of the projects use the pallet simply as a source of reclaimed wood not as a recognizable pallet so even if you didn't have a pallet you could make these projects with any reclaimed (or even new) wood. The instructions are excellent. The style is charming and would work with lots of different decor. There are quite a number of projects that involve tiling of teh wood pieces which is a really cool idea and can produce beautiful pieces when working with aged wood.

  • Covering a radiator with wood is an absolute fire hazard. Unless you only use that cover during summer time. It is also a bad idea when it comes to heating a room well. I used the peel and stick wood stuff on my table...it tore within a few days and after a while it just looks ragged. Resin on table tops etc..things that you use everyday is also a bad idea because you cannot cut anything on that counter without damaging the resin. If done wrong you have bubbles as well that are damaging later on. Peel and stick tile are a great idea for a camper or for a temporary backsplash in an apartment that is rented. But not for a sturdy kitchen.

    @tookoolcowgirl@tookoolcowgirl Жыл бұрын
    • Installing a wooden radiator cover over your steam/hot water radiator is not a fire hazard. People have been been covering their cast iron radiators for over a hundred years, and they can be found in alot of places, schools, offices etc..these radiators are heated by steam or hot water and do not reach temperatures high enough to pose a fire hazard. The heat isn't being trapped as the spindles are letting the heat out. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend covering any electric or hot oil based heating elements or radiators that's a whole different story.

He then rose up from the dead three days later The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross. By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free gift.

  • I have a few tips if you are thinking of trying any of these DIY's. ************** It's not a good idea to cover your attic opening, especially with vinyl. The openings are there for a reason. I have 3 in my, 1400 sq ft, house. Why so many openings in such a small house you ask? Has to do with the shape of my roof and being able to access everything in the attic. Never know if you will need to do ductwork repairs or have any electrical issues in the future. ************** The pennies on the floor: Make sure you check each penny prior to permanently securing it to the floor for it's value. Some pennies are worth over $100,000. Rare? Yes, but someone has to find them, why not you? 😁

  • Some are very cool, but DON'T PAINT INSIDE YOUR BATH TUB/SHOWER PLEASE. Had a landlord do that and omfg it peeled and was disgusting, also horrible to clean. Maybe there's some sort of paint that would work, but for most paints it's gonna peel eventually. Also the wood ceiling was beautiful but if you have an attic, cut around it, like this one already had wood trim and it would have looked fine, man you could probably even cover the door part of it with wood and still make it functional.

So any panels or hardware, I'd try not to go to heavy. Estimate weight of material and test with weights or something on door before installing. Can get some pretty light and thin woods tho np. If yo heavy will shorten life of motor. Might be years might be months.

  • 4:06 You're wrong, black walls are a terrible idea, they do not make your home feel "modern" at all, Voltaire even said that if you want a Gothic style to your home, use a lavender color. Black will make the room feel smaller and more cramped... It also comes from personal experience...

At one point in my life my front room was black and grey that room had a wall that was 65% glass 35% brick and plaster. I miss those times. My present place of rest does not allow me to do it as it has poor lighting.

Personellement j'aime beaucoup.
