  • 女孩和男友遇到了场车祸，只有女孩活了下来，男孩可能是当时的目击者甚至是肇事者，因不忍女孩受到太大的打击，而担起了照顾女孩的责任，朝夕相处，却让他爱上了女孩，为了不被发现身份，选择戴上了原男友的项链，心甘情愿的当着替身男友，一直到女孩复明，对着他持起刀子，下意识的不愿承认一直在身边的人儿是谁，甚至是不想相信脑中对男友去向的猜想(男友已逝去的真相)

  • _MV拍得很好_ *超好看* 歌聲更不用說了，頂級 *好聽* _很感動_ (原本因為H4來的，但後來看完整部MV覺得這MV超乎了我想像 *GJ超棒的* 很獨特和有自己的想像！有被超越的感覺！海龜湯還真的有劇情轉折。結尾很難猜出來 *真的推薦大家看和聽這首歌* )

  • 看題目版時想了好多可能 “女孩不認識正在照顧她的男孩” 是我所想到的最貼切的答案～ 男孩在女孩最需要的時候 陪伴、照顧著她 無時無刻在意著每個細節 就算女孩愛的、想的都不是他 但只要能給到她最大的安全感 哪怕被當成替身也無妨…… “對不起 我不是他” “但我真的 好愛妳” 好戳(இωஇ )~~

  • If anyone's confused about the story line, this is what I understood. So the girl was dating this guy when both of them got in to an accident and the guy ends up dying. At the scene of the accident the girl gets rescued by another guy. She seems to be left paralysed and blind. The whole time the guy that rescued her takes care of her just like her previous boyfriend. She doesn't know that this guy isn't her old boyfriend. That is why when she tries to hug him he rushes and puts on a necklace which belonged to the previous guy because then only the girl would recognize it's her boyfriend. Some how the girl gets her sight back and realizes that the guy who's been taking care of her isn't actually her boyfriend but a stranger who pretended to be her boyfriend. That is why she keeps the knife to his neck. From the flashbacks it shows that when the rescue guy tries to call maybe an ambulance the girl grabs on to his leg, then he sees the boyfriend is already dead, so he takes his necklace and takes his place and pretends to be the girl's boyfriend while taking care of her. Most certainly he actually does fall in love with her too. In the end she realizes that her boyfriend is dead and another guy has been acting as her boyfriend all along. She's hurt she was lied upon and he's hurt cz he was lying. Overall it's a sad song and a sad story. But maybe we can interpret our own ending like she forgave him and gave him a chance and gave herself a chance too to heal and fall in love again.

    • The one lying on the ground is her boyfriend, he is dead. The one still alive might be the cause of the accident, he is pretending to be her death boyfriend because he feel guity about what he has done i guess
