  • A lot of suffering can take away our ability to continue. The righteous gives strength, too much kills any possible energy. You have to be very strong and be in contact with the strength of God to be able to continue and see beyond the suffering.

  • Woke up feeling like wtf world am living in. Just a horrible mental state and completely exhausted. After laying in a paralyzed state of mind. I got up, had three coffees with all sorts of added nutrients...it didn't do the trick as it normally does. The day progressed like crap. So I said eff it , as tired as I am/was I head up to the mountain and stacked rock totems for 3 hours. Still a hard day even after doing that but I at least got out in nature, exercised and made art from the earth. Alchemy balance in. practice. Btw, just just remembered I have a dark chocolate almond organic chocolate bar ... 💥😅

  • 💯In my experience, the more we deny something and push deep inside, the greater force inside us pushes back and creates more suffering until learning and pushing trough is the only option. The motivation and good purpose are of great help and having a wise teacher. Thank you 🙏❣🍀🌱

  • So true, my life turned upside down 7 years ago ... not for the better. But I have never focused on the situation but rather the blessings that it has brought. It totally flips what is happening

  • We all have a piece of this world. Suffering is just the sad truth of it, pain, health. The worst of all suffering to me is the worst of them all. Ignorance. We were all children, and learning is suffering. I myself is a Snowboard Instructor. Shaolin monks are one of the best teachers of the physical youth. I respect my monk friends so much. They taught me patience and what is the worth of being tough. My Catholic faith has taught me about the father above us. I know it may be confusing for some in but the values that you need in what you persu always comes hand in hand

  • Such an incredible man, a man who is sharing a depth of wisdom; life changing insights that we know have been heard by a billion people so far..and yet so incredibly humble.. I found this 'short' about suffering so powerful, but also broken down into small, practical steps that already feel 'spot on' for me.. Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi for all your hard work, given freely to us all.. I have watched hours & hours of Master speak, every night...& I swear that there are rare moments when I see a flash of? something 'heavenly'...

  • I like this idea to redefine suffering to be fuel. Instead of suffering taking from you, it can add to your life. Maybe like how manure fertilizes flowers. I look forward to trying it. 🙂🙏🌺

  • I think that people suffer a Victory that is at hand and transacting in the moment. And an Order to "do"/work with it all!! In turn creating rest. Rest ends suffering by completing your complaint/suffering to an order that works all. Your all can be accomplished to order via training/practice. Practice begins with patients. Patients will overpower temptation. In order that time on hand can take place with you!

  • The quest to end suffering is precisely the reason there is suffering. Except...to find this out, you go on a quest to end suffering until you finally see that it is futile. A fool who persists in their folly becomes wise.

  • I think I found more about Shaolin temple in 1600. There was a cover up it seems. All true masters died then. The dark side or dark forces won. I fought this hell myself. Fortunately for me I had a good teacher. It was Roronoa Zoro. I'm not kidding. That fictional anime character was my personal motovator to become stronger. I did see him as the strongest. I found who demons fear the most. People like Zoro. If Shaolin Monks had somebody like Zoro back then. They would've won. Master swordsman is the most powerful warrior of them all. Disadvantage, you will experience most pain. Swordsmen are harsh and cold. Swordsmen never cry. And the hardest to master, since the swordsman is a destroyer, you've got a rather dark aura. Zoro is the best example. The challenge here not to slice what you care about. When you're not sure whether you're good or evil. And I understand why the Shaolin Monks don't recommend to become a swordsman. That's the most difficult path.

  • 18) The disciples said to Jesus: Tell us how our end will be. Jesus said: Since you have discovered the beginning, why do you seek the end? For where the beginning is, there will the end be. Blessed is he who shall stand at the beginning (in the beginning), and he shall know the end, and shall not taste death.
