Mariusz Pudzianowski, also known as "Dominator," is a former Polish strongman and current mixed martial artist who has made a name for himself with his incredible strength and impressive performances in the ring. During his strongman career, he won five World's Strongest Man titles, the most in history, and won Europe's Strongest Man a record six times. In 2009, he decided to take on a new challenge and stepped into the world of mixed martial arts. With his enormous physique and raw power, many wondered how the strongman would fare in the cage against highly skilled opponents. In this video, we will take a closer look at Pudzianowski's MMA career, including his most impressive fights.

Then, it really was the most mezmerizing thing to me, he has very solid takedowns. Both in effectivness aswell as technic. I didnt expect him to shoot for a perfect single- leg! thats for sure. Further his ground and pound is decent aswell. But what really shocked me the most, was his fight IQ. What how, when bob sapp stood on one leg to defend the incomming barage of shots, he instantly ducked under, grabbed legs and tookhim down. We still can see that his body can't hold the 3rd round, whatever repplay was here it basically looked like a punch without any soul put into it but of course it was just exhaustion. Also before he was a strongman he used to street fight a lot as he was a body guard in some clubs he lived in, I'd guess that's where the wildness comes from
