Ferland Mendy's freakish save at 0:38 is even more important than the two goals they scored shortly afterwards. It was really a bad decision from Guardiola to substitute between Mahrez and Fernandinho. That cost them the match, plus De Bryune shouldn't have left too. I am so happy that Madrid got their confidence back and took over in the end. Man City was winning big time.
Fernandinho would have a genius assist if Foden wasn't asleep and put the ball wide with the goalkeeper rooted to the spot on that quick free kick. Dias & Ederson were asleep for the 1st Real goal (pathetic goalkeeping to wait for the ball rather than go and gather it. He would also have the attacker kick him and be able to time waste with an "injury") and the 2nd was a lucky deflection that took it over Laporte's head. Walker getting having to come off is what changed this game. He had Vini Jr covered, but their 1st goal came from a cross from the right which I don't think would have happened if he was still on the field.

Consistently gets the fundamentals of football wrong , has a poor first touch , lacks control to often , consistently takes the extra touch not needed , is very easily dispossessed of the ball , is often awful in front of goal that 90 percent other players score .
