  • All of your movements in bucking that log showed your apprehension and caution, glad you think fast and move fast. Stay safe. How does the helicopter picking up of logs know where they are ?

  • I would usually tape and limb my way out on the tree and buck my way back (whenever possible) just because those logs when bucked can be so unstable. Great save on your part brother, Balls of Steel ✊

  • Keep doing what you're doing, I can see you are very knowledgeable and experienced in your chosen profession. My chosen career has always been the Earthmoving industry. I will never be as good as you, which I understand. Just remember I am learning from you, so I expect you Bjarne to always do it the right way the first time.

  • Old balsam and any form of cedar can be a real pain in many ways. Blowing apart getting them laid on the ground, Barber, Marms are the ones most likely to tear yer head off. That is one classic bucking that big cedar. The Balsam was a little bonus at the end of your day eh. Thanks for the memories back to when I had 2 legs and a saw making my living. Ya rock fella !

  • Loggers without you skills could have been injured when bucking that log that was held up by the smaller trees. How do you learn those skills and no get injured.

  • I would absolutely love to go do this , maybe not everyday cause I KNOW how hard it is to lug a saw and gas and oil and more, in the woods in southern Indiana, I can only imagine this landscape, you are truly a beast I get a idea of how hard the environment your in is to work
