Over 20 Korean pop stars and idols stayed at Royal Cliff Hotels Group to film a special TV edition titled 'The King of Idols' produced by SBS. The show feature members from the following K POP groups: Super Junior, Shinee, 2AM, 2PM, Big Bang, SS501, 4 Minute, T-Ara, Secret, Sista, KARA, After school and f(x). Back then skinship & friendship of boys & girls, boys & boys, girls & girls, whether different or same group, we all see very often. Jealous fans existed but not easily eat by other fanatics, antis, media, compared to these past few years. Members in the same group, joking, hitting, called a "bullying other members". Yeah bullying existed, not a surprise, but these past few years, fans itself making as if all every groups have a bully & making the members looks like a monster. Too much of individual fans compared to back then was one of the reasons. If it's boys & girls, although one of them is not a beautiful idol, joke & skinship it's often called as rude, harassment, disrespectful. Although none of them feel worse. Back then, we still more often see idols showing their friendship with other idols who had rumors or scandal or in the middle of public talks, but now although nothing is confirmed, of someone looks less good, they suddenly stopped shipping and saying ugly things. One more worst, how other fans searching anything of other idols' mistake or lacks, even defamation, and spread it so well even with fake accounts. This all coming from fans of other idols, wanted to ruined so openly while act like spread love. Although if the mistake is true, the hate will burn a whole mountain. Not even talking about Korean fans, but fans in general. Mostly I-Fans, who in socmeds mostly claimed to be better than K-fans. It's very sad for people like me, who love K-pop since 2nd gen, a Kpop as s whole, for their music & TV shows.
Totally agree...it's really different before and now😂but now a days so many annoying fandoms who really crazy...(you know who's I'm talking about right?

I totally agree with you. We all are really happy of those time. This video is also inclusive of Park Junmin - SS501, HyunA - 4Minute, Jinwoon - 2AM, Hyomin - Tara and Sunhwa - Secret. They are legendary and my most favorite K-POP generation ❤ I do missing those times . It was amazing moments.

I really miss this K-pop generation where idols can freely interact with their co-idols. They were free to socialize with girl groups. It was the time when different k-pops performed to promote Hallyu. (Unlike today, when it seems like competition, just my own point of view) . It was a time when all the fans were very supportive and open-minded. It was all positivity, where negativity and toxicity from fans had not yet dominated.❤️ Yeah 2022 and still watching🙋❤️

This was the best era of kpop. 2nd gen are different breed, so are their fans. We were so happy with any content and our faves are friends 😭💗

Shows like this one is the reason why I know a lot of second gen groups. There were a lot of special shows back then during new year and chuseok. I really loved interactions between second gen groups.

This show is what got me into KPOP and being in Thailand very near here and about the time this was being filmed.
I am watching this again after like 5 or 6 years since I last re-watch this and I still laugh at how Krystal unknowingly ignored Chansung at 50:18 who jump on the water immidiately to go save or help her but Krystal is actually a good swimmer. LOL 🤣🤣🤣
