Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren. Flagstaff is heaven in the middle of desert 😊😊
Gracias Jack in the box por alimentarnos mientras estuvimos ahi. 😅
Lived in Flagstaff from 1951 to 1968 when went in the army. I will always miss Flagstaff!
I love all arizona videos❤
Arizona.
Beautiful place. I have driven through Flag a few times and the scenery has been amazing! I should try their downtown soon. There are so many beautiful places in AZ and the USA in general and I am so grateful! 💕 🇺🇸 🏳️🌈
Great video. Would love to see more about small towns, cheap land and out of the way places
Okay sounds good
Flagstaff is not cheap!!!
I like Flagstaff it's still natural.
Flagstaff has great nightlife. I can't wait to go back.
Dam I wait to go
Great video about Flagstaff. Been there a number of times and i think it's Great place to visit. Once again thank you for fantastic videos from Arizona that i can enjoy from back home in Sweden🇸🇪
What a beautiful tour of Flagstaff & the surrounding area. It makes me want to go visit. 😊
Our favorite is proper meats. Expensive but worth it.
I am in awe of this channel and the state of Arizona itself. New subscriber and supporter
11:34 Brad Munds getting his jam on!
Great overview. Thanks
Another great guide video. A lot of the places on this video, has been a one time visit for me and the city's main roads are crackling bad (like Tucson) if you have a sport suspension car. Flagstaff is a college town so I avoid going to the downtown district as parking is confusing and Google Maps is usually wrong. But it does have a Starbucks, Chikfila and Dunkin Donuts on Milton Ave near each other if it's a road stop. The great thing about the Flagstaff area for me, is that it is designated a Dark Sky location. There's a lot of pull out outside Hwy 87 and 180, to see the sky and view. And the other great promise of the area, is having your state and national park passes to do sustainable and affordable repeat visits to the area like the Walnut Canyon and Grand Canyon, get some fresh air.
Nice tour, thank you for making the video! I’m new to your channel and would love to see more remote areas and small town videos. Have you toured the Riorden Mansion in Flagstaff? I love Flagstaff & am up there most weekends over the summer but our destination is in the Coconino County Forest, off grid. Much different than what’s shown here but realistically not too far away. It’s hard to believe all this is going on while we are enjoying the sounds & views of nature, without even having cell service. Something to know when relocating to AZ from other places is Flagstaff is so much more than it’s local social scene, if that’s not your thing. It has something for everyone, especially if you love camping, hiking, dirt biking, off-roading and even kayaking or fishing at Lake Mary.
So glad to have found your channel! Very interested in finding out more about cheap land or homes that are out, away from people. Would love videos like that.
Nice tour, thanks, Jeff 🙏
Thanks for this video! We’ve been to 5 of the places on this list!
Flagstaff is one of my favorite mountain townes in AZ, so much fun and things to do, don't be turned off by traffic most of it clears up quick, you can always escape to little areas sourounding Flagstaff with less traffic like Kachina/Mountainaire.
Thank you for the tidbit of information ❤
I love your videos about Arizona!
Much different than! Pure Michigan.
I hate Mi I hope to move there
don't hate ..dammit@@dontneednomanstoptelllingm8481
Can you make a video about where the best areas to live if you are a horse person? Available equine events, trails, homes with horse activities and access. That would be extremely helpful to many mid westerners retiring in that area. Of course Wickenburg fits that bill, but oh boy is it pricey!
Great place stopped off for a day then went on to the golden nugget
Always like your info. How about places such as bars and clubs for dancing, Country Western in particular.
Museum Club ! check it out !
Thanks for this. We really enjoy your channel. Have you done any videos that cover states to adjacent Arizona?
Like New Mexico or Utah?
Explore Sierra vista. Huachuca and Chiricahua and montezuma pass. SV has some great mntn hiking brown canyon and fort Huachuca army base

What is the local music scene like? I love hearing local bands
so is flagstaff more elevated, hence the snow!
Look at some of the old copper mining towns!
It’s much better than Mars-like Phoenix where people’s brains are fried by the sun. 😂
have you done Page Arizona?
So much to do in Flagstaff! When out and about there are opportunities to meet many others from out of town and connect 🩵🌎
Is altitude sickness a problem? I can get migraines but want to live with 4 seasons. Trying to leave oregon
12:30 What would make the gym not safe? I'm from Wisconsin where everything is safe.
Where do you park when at Flagstaff,?
Great question it’s a bit limited
In downtown they have a parking garage or at the end of Beaver st and between San Francisco st there are banks that have paid parking or city hall has paid parking, plenty places to park, enjoy Flag👍
We will be wintering in Yuma starting in 2024. Small towns, any historical sites, also Indian heritage sites. I love all your videos.
In California
I live in Phoenix and I’ve been to Flag several times. The best thing you can do is leave.
😮
wait, visiting in 2 weeks, cannot reserve tiks until into May...seriously?
The most amazing thing about Flagstaff is, its location Way further back on the scale of amazing, is the business district and the town of Flagstaff. It is nothing amazing It is in an amazing location. Sorry, I don't do KZhead BS
My experience was to keep driving.
😮

You forgot to mention there’s always a fresh pile of puke on the sidewalks 🫤
I wont visit Flagstaff, AZ. It's a Democrat stronghold headed in the direction of Portland, OR. If you like that sort of thing, then that's the place for you.
😮
Come to Prescott.. it’s Red 🇺🇸
@@cindyscott1984 I will visit then. Thanks
Sounds like more political BS to me.
College town
So literally nothing to do in flagstaff. Got it. 🗑️
