1 Month Weight Loss Transformation | 12.2 Kg | 27 lbs | Vegan Diet and Exercise Challenge
My trainer and I set a challenge to see how much weight I could lose in 30 days. My trainer suggested a vegan diet, daily workouts and some light cardio. This video shows my experience in depth and has some nice before and after shots. Spoiler alert: We originally set the goal at 6 kg but ended up losing 12.2 Kg.

@@urvashikarnwal1623 I ate a tin of chickpeas, half a cucumber, an avocado, lettuce, spinach and tomato. Sometimes I replace the chickpeas with mixed nuts or the spinach with kale. It was a really big bowl full once per day. On week 2 I ate about 40g of porridge oats with water in the afternoon as well. @@willsamuels3233 ohh thankyou so much will 💓 and last and important question I wanna ask is Did you also follow calorie count like 900 calorie or 1200 calorie type ?? Or just eating vegan was there ??
@@urvashikarnwal1623 it was somewhat calculated by Mārtiņš but not down to the calorie. Really we went by how I was feeling, so when I told him I was feeling low energy he gave me extra carbs with the porridge oats. We didn’t weigh the foods or calculate anything. If it’s of any interest I was burning somewhere between 4000 and 5000 per day. The highest day was about 5500.
