@Dr. Eliza Debbarma Indian food is as diverse as its diverse culture, most of the visitors have got a taste of street foods, but very less have tasted the authentic Indian foods which are as hygiene as nutritious.
@Dr. Eliza Debbarma but guess what? Dude sells it for Rs10/- equivalent to not even 12 cents, and feeds the daily wagers. Now you can get the same food on the streets from clean places for 50/100/200 INR as well (0.5 - 3 USD) So don't look down upon them, I'm not defending the act but rather giving you a perspective do next time you don't judge harshly.

if thats an indian hand...If it isnt atleast a 3 stars michelin restaurant i am going to assume they dont wash hands as often as needed.....since she has very white hands..if it were dirty we would immediately spot it.....meaning its safer than gloves...So dont be offended...Indians have bad hygiene....
If we go by scientific reasoning, then by logic Any food prepared or touched by hands/fingers which is being washed frequently is in reality more hygienic & safer than using the same gloves whole day which can't be changed or washed as frequently as hand and even attracts more dirt, bad microbes,etc much faster than bare hands; Those dirts, microbes even stays on gloves for quit longer period than hands. Infact bare hands which got washed frequently is way safer/better than utensils like spoons, chopsticks or spatulas used to hold/eat or prepare food. So, Westerners & developed nations f#*ked up thesis of hygiene is nowhere makes sense scientifically but just a thing to give self-sense of satisfaction to their heart or brain towards food safety.

I love the comment section as finally Indians are opening up regarding the colour and nationality biases regarding making food by hands. i have fought with so many foreigners in fb comments while they say some sht about my country. But sadly I have seen our own citizens are among them who try to be like angrez. And gladly I have shut all of their mouths by logic.

FYI: this is nothing to do with thai deserts is a Portuguese desert influence, in Thailand our desert doesn't use egg we use only flour sugar and coconut milk and you can find this desert that looks similar or exactly the same in Portugal.
