Simple but mouthwatering BOLOGNESE Sauce. Quick meal , easy and inexpensive 😉

Fry onions, carrots and celery, starting from onions. When they change colour add rest of vegetables.
Add minced meat ( I used beef). Mix well and cook till meat changes its colour.
Add tomato paste and tomato sauce + water to cover.
📍 I added extra homemade capsicum spread
Mix well and let it simmer till sauce becomes thicker and everything is well combined.
