I agree that a few of these may be "broken defense", but it appears to me that most are just a well executed offensive play to pick apart any defense. I think anytime a quarterback scrambles for any length of time, it gets almost impossible to cover the field defensively.

Watching it afterwards it might seem obvious that he should just run forward, but how would he have known that nobody would notice he had the football? Looks like he just played it super safe. I don't know why he ran away for a second though.

Remember, this run wasn't just about him getting the ball into the end zone, it was also about selling the idea that he _wasn't_ the one running the ball, and keeping the defense fooled as much as feasible. The play-by-play guy wasn't fooled, but the defense totally was, as was the cameraman.

Most of these were just players getting lost in coverage or rushers getting past everyone which are somewhat forgivable, but the Chris Johnson one where he wasn't even covered is unforgivable.

The Chris Johnson Play.....49ers had a play like that against the Seahawks (I think it was Seattle) except Kaepernick didn't look up at all once over center and just mechanically handed the ball off to the runner with his receiver jumping up and down begging for the ball with no defender within 15 yards of him.

I kind of feel bad for Leonard fornette from a legacy standpoint dude is a great RB in both college and NFL but had to play at the same time as Henry. Doesn’t help that he helped Henry win the heisman that he was the front runner for since he fell behind after playing against him and just transferred his spotlight to him.
