When Lee and Clementine first met on S1 , When Kenny return on S2 , On S3 when Clementine ready for action to look for AJ , and Clementine see Lee again on her dream on S4 Yeah those are my favorite moments from Walking Dead Telltale...they need to bring it back like fr fr
The fact people still remember and wish Lee were still here years later just proves how well of a written character he was

It's the impact he made on her. In her darkest moments she goes to him, not her parents or anyone else from the games but Lee. He saved her, every chance he could he put her first. What an amazing man and an amazing story.
couldnt have said it better myself. its so beautiful, and also very heart breaking, seeing that they wont ever be fully together like they would have hoped. my fav game, and game series of all time.

its beautiful, and i love this game series to death. its fucking amazing, heartbreaking al at the same time. i wish either kenny or lee were still in the game all the way up to the end. and even seeing lee die, or when you are with kenny at the end of season 2, when you decide to go to wellington, or stay with kenny (if you kept him alive. you are cruel asf if you dont.) and whenever i get either staying with kenny or clem going to wellington with aj. shit always make me ball my eyes out, man

Lee solos Kratos in the dad department.
Don't try to be mean to kratos, He abandoned his daughter to "save" the world from Persephone, After he save the world he got betrayed by Zeus so he blamed the Olympus and destroys the world. When he's in Norse, kratos was finally get to be a calm and reasonable person and he always pays attention to his loved ones making him the great father Lee was a great great father but he's a convicted killer because he killed the senator for sleeping with his ex/wife, when the apocalypse began he saw a little girl going back to her house so lee went investigating for it, 3 months lee just strangely disappears and didn't returned to their safe house and lee realized clem got kidnapped, Lee got bitten when he's inspecting the radio/clem's hat and some of the parts are just investigating to find clem, Lee got trapped in a horde of zombies so he killed them to get through, he killed the stranger to save clem and lee got unconscious because of his bite but clem saves lee by dragging him into the police garage. His best words was "You are strong clean, you can do anything" And lee chooses if he wanted to get shot or clem will leave lee In short : Don't diss kratos cuz he was the best father and of course lee too

Out of every video game that I’ve played over the years never have I been so touched over a game like TWD here. Especially season one. Not to mention the flashbacks that Clementine had with Lee.
well said, i fully agree. and if you stay with kenny at the end of seaon 2, just seeing him return in the flashbacks makes me cry every time. seeing him grow. him, clem, and aj s a family. that is how lee, clem, ad aj would have been if lee was still alive. and ill forever love clems both father figures. lee and kenny ofc.

I really loved this moment and still do, hearing and seeing Lee before the end once last time really hammered home that this was indeed the end. The last time we saw lee was briefly in a similar dream sequence with them in the RV. both the RV and the train are means of transport, means of moving forward. I think the writers did this purposely in both season 2 and 4 to convey Clementine is about to reach a crossroads in her journey and Lee in both sequences represents Clem's view of him as well as herself. In season 2 Clementine is still a kid, and still clings to the idea of her father figure supporting her and assuring her everything will be fine, but obviously the encounter between Jane and Kenny happen however despite this danger Clem moves forward. In season 4 they chose the train, which is significant as it is what directly led to lee getting bit and dying but also where Clementine learns her essentials to survive, shooting etc. the train almost represents growth and maturity for Clem as well as lee. In the previous lee sequence in season 2 Clementine's appearance never changes to her season 2 attire, where in contrast for season 4 she finally grows. I think this is representative of how Clementine has finally acknowledged that she has grown and changed, she's no longer dependent on lees teachings but her own that she has developed as she travelled with so many people. And from what we know and seen I think it's very obvious Clem is traumatised by the events of season 1 and is still haunted by it, especially when you play cards with lou, vi and mullet guy. She still likely blames herself for the death of lee and others. But in this moment, this final moment of reflection between herself and her father figure I think, she's "taken the train" so to speak and has finally reached where she needed to be physically and mentally. And I think her "Goodbye Lee" was not just her saying goodbye to him but it was more than that, she was finally letting go of all that pain and anguish that kept her moving from place to place, that thought if she stayed in one place for too long someone might end up dead like lee. She let go of her past and finally accepted that Lee had passed away knowing full well no matter what, he would be proud. And she had finally reached her destination, Lee represents her past the good and the bad but she never moved on, but with this final interaction she grew up, she accepted everything that happened and she let go of lee, still loving him of course but no longer burdened by the death that had happened so long ago. Apologies for anyone suddenly reading this! I just saw this appear in my feed and I wanted to get my thoughts down about this scene and what it meant to me as a long time player of the series and how I viewed it. Because I think a lot of us throughout everything after season 1 always asked "what would happen if lee was here" or "what if lee lived?" But I found after this scene I never really wondered that during the rest of the game.

This makes me ugly cry so badly. Just the effect her managed to have on her life and her as a whole is just beautiful. The writing of season one is what inspires me to write everyday. When you can feel the impact and feel the love Lee has for Clem, a child that wasn’t even his that he just accidentally met. Absolutely beautiful…
I remember when i first played the whole series at the end of S1 when Lee passed i teared up so bad, same thing when i thought Clem was going to die at the end of S4. Such a powerful story and characters, there won't be any characters or story this powerful and raw again not for a long time.

Lee is a character i got so attached to, like he is actually my father. I love how we actually miss him like he was a real person in our lives and not just a video game character, especially because after he dies we got to play with Clem and we connect to her so much in this aspect which gives such a realistic aspect to the game. One of my favorites of all time.
