  • This is so relevant to what is and has been happening in the world. The first bunch - USA The man approaching them for help - China The man holding the lightning rod - EU The first bunch denies the man help (ie sanctions), giving only scraps and what they consider worthless. The man accepts but thorough ingenuity and hard work builds a sustaining environment for his family. When disaster strikes the first bunch resort to violence to grab what does not belong to them. And when more disaster strikes, they sacrifice one of their own friends (EU) to obtain fire. What a brilliant insightful prophetic analogy.

With so many innovations in industry, many of American concepts have been copied and reproduced in cheaper ways by foreign companies who use sweatshops and inhumane working environments. Thus underselling and ruining American industry forcing the American economy to become dependent on cheaply made foreign products. After any conflict the US has, they end up supporting the very countries they fought against, helping them rebuild. Even at the risk of that country becoming hostile again. Al the while splitting themselves in half over made up differences because drama is profitable to those in power. Hint: the power does not belong to American politicians but to corporations largely owned by Billionaires from other countries who do not have American interests at heart. Like China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, several in the EU, Japan, and Russia. All laughing at the big dummy America who gave away it's strength and power in the name of helping others.
