I LOVE ROULETTE! - Live Roulette Game #26 - The Mirage, Las Vegas, NV - Inside the Casino
This live Roulette game from The Mirage in Las Vegas is kinda fun. I had some winning spins, with one really nice, profitable one, but ended up losing all but $50. I got a little aggressive with my betting during this game, which I don't normally do, and that is what took me down. Regardless of the outcome, I had fun. Hope you enjoy the video!
While some people may think my playing strategy is dumb, the truth is that my bankroll last longer than average, and I cash out a winner more often than not. This is sort of one of those times.
Although my way of playing may not make me tons of money in winnings and is sometimes harder to recover from when I lose a hand, it's still a statistically BETTER way of playing this game and lets me play longer. Is it a GUARANTEED way to win? NOPE! There is NO strategy that will win every time. But, it is A LOT of fun to play this way!
Here's how I play roulette:
As we know, the play field is divided up into three sections; 1-12, 13-24, and 25-36. Taking this into account, I take a look at the board to see how the wheel is trending. I will then place my first bets on the 2/3 of the field that the numbers are mostly coming from.
It's important to note that when I'm placing my bets on 2/3 of the field, I do it equally on each 1/3 I'm playing. For example: If I'm betting on the first 2/3 of the field (1-24), I will start out with 3-4 chips on the outside (6-lines or streets) of each 1/3. So the 1-12 section has 3-4 chips and the 13-24 section also has 3-4 chips. Either way, each section has the same number of chips in the same pattern.
If the number hits in any of the 2/3 I'm betting on, I'm a winner and I'll move to the inside and place bets on corners, equally spaced with equal number of chips in each 1/3. Placing 4 chips equally spaced on the corners allows me to cover ALL the numbers in that section. (see the video for how I do it.)
This betting method always produces a small or large profit when a number hits for me. It NEVER pays less than my bet or break even.
The reason I bet this way (2/3 of the field) is because I have a 2:3 chance of winning something or breaking even. If I bet equal money on ALL 3 sections of the field, I'd just be spinning my wheels. If I bet on just 1/3 of the field, the odds are even MORE against me. Thus the reason why I play 2/3 of the field.
If I continue to win, I will gradually increase my bets either by adding the 6-lines or streets to my inside bets, OR by pressing the corners bets. I will gradually increase my bets until a number hits in the section I'm NOT betting on. Then I start over from the beginning with small outside bets as stated above.
If all of the above is confusing, just watch my roulette videos and you can see my method in action (mostly).
Again, is this a fool-proof way to win at roulette? NOPE! There's no such thing. BUT, it does allow me to play longer and gives me a better chance at winning than randomly placing my chips on the layout.
However, the BEST bit of advice to my method is this.... when you are winning, knowing when to color up and walk away makes all the difference.

I love Las Vegas! I think it's the coolest city in the world. No other gambling city has the aura or reputation or history as does Las Vegas. Truly a unique place in the world.
100% agree!
Thank you. :) As always, very relaxing experience to watch your videos.
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
@@InsidetheCasino how do you get to record these videos because all the times I’ve tried to do something for my own entertainment purposes, the people who work at these casinos think that I’m a terrorist or wanting to cheat on the game or steal money or something and I’m not prepared to do any of that. I just want to get something like you did for fun as part of my viewing pleasure especially if it’s my favorite table game like Roulette or Three Card Poker. I’ve never been to Vegas before.
Yaa, my favorite Hollywood bet 22 and 17 and the 2nd dozen
I'm currently learning Roulette so these videos are very useful. 12:20 if I'm not mistaken the payout should've been 113 instead 95.
Check my channel out!
Played at planet Hollywood the first week it opened this past October and had the tables to myself a couple of times and won big a couple times on that 33 and double 0 and 0 split! Was very lucky! Love your strategy as well! Helped me a lot!
Thanks for watching!
Now that I think of it this is another casino I need to visit. Still enjoyable video and I would like to try this with $5 chips. High percentage or high chance of winning your money back and a bit more to buy steaks.
Hope to see you in the casinos soon John, John Rambo...I go in 60 days after a 2 year break.
Inside, your an interesting tipper. I usually wait till the end of the session and tip accordingly. The biggest tip I’ve given is $25 buck on a $500+ session. If I lose, well we all lose!
Lots of people tip the way I do. To each his own. Tip the way that works for you, I always say.
I always tip at the end as well... In Europe and abroad they don't tip AT ALL because the dealers or croupiers make a good hourly wage... DON'T FORGET Vegas dealers have to split that tip with EVERY OTHER DEALER working in that 24 hour period... So I agree tipping at the end like when you tip at the end of a bar tab is appropriate... Just let the dealer know that otherwise he will think you're a stiff lol
@@nickf527 Glad Im in Europe then It would be hella awkard to play and feel obligated to tip
Thanks for the inspiration my man.. i recently started a channel like yours
Finally got to play some roulette since I started watching your videos, and was able to flip my $20 to $100, I only used $20 as I was testing the waters. Not much but it was cool since I got to use my strategy from your videos and it was successful!
NICE! Congrats! Glad my videos have helped.
Great videos as always, very relaxing enjoyable one! stay safe during this pandemic season
Thanks! Glad you liked the video. And thanks for the concern. 👍🏻
You should try the party pit at plaza casino on freemont they have 1 single zero roulette table at $10 min when i went friday....never seen one before but interesting playing it
Will have to try it out! Thanks!
EASY! It's a $10 table.
we only have single zero roulette here in europe o_O
Watching your video bring me an awesome feeling🔥❤
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching.
I have played in Crystal Palace, Bahamas; Paradise Casino, a casino at St. Lucia and a couple of other casinos in USA onshore including Las Vegas. I started playing at the age of 17 and very soon was familiar with handling chips. OH! HOW I LOVE GAMBLING!! though luck has not always favored me. It did sometimes, but I failed to capitalize on them.
Thanks for sharing!
How much does the zero and double zero spot pay? I have never bet on that spot but I saw someone on here did so it peaked my interest.
Each number, even the zeros, pays 35:1. The 0-00 spot pays 17:1.
~ thanks ~ it was fun! ~ Oz ~
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it.
Fun video 👍
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Man u are giving the house an extra unnecessary edge by playing triple-zero wheels. I like ur content and ur betting strategies but just can't understand why u are playing triple zero wheels. Hope u change that. Fun session by the way
Zero didn’t show up in this video. Sometimes I buy-in at a triple-zero before I realize it. Regardless, I’m just in it to get content for my subscribers. This game happened to be a decent one. Except for my aggressive betting.
@@InsidetheCasino ..AGGRESSIVE? TOTALLY.
This is like watching paint dry. 🎨
Good. Glad you enjoyed it.
31 thru 36 and green 0 allways. New Years ill be there
I would love for you to add a start with session amount and end with session amount please ;)
Hey nice video, motivation to get back to doing my roulette videos 😎
Go for it!
Not to familiar with the 11 to 1 bet can you give me a run down on that
That’s a split for the zeros. If you place a bet on that space, and one of the zeros hits, you win 11:1
Question, why did he get black chips if his color is orange? How do they pay off big wins?
They pay them in regular casino chips and not roulette chips so that the roulette chips don’t get depleted.
@@InsidetheCasino thank you so much for responding I appreciate it!🙏🏽👍🏽
wish you played more craps and did videos on those 🎲🎲🕺🏼🎰🎰
I have more Craps videos than anything else on my channel.
craps are crap thats why its called that
Why is there a 11 to 1 spot (green) in between red & black?
That’s a split for the zeros. This is a triple-zero table.
This.......quarantine sucks.....and.....I.....want.......to........go.......to....Las.....Vegas........Nooooooooooow. l cant wait to go play some Roullete. That's all.
How does Vegas look now due to the spread of the virus? Is it still a lively place?
Don’t know. Not there.
It’s completely dead bro. 😔. (Resident)
@@abnrangerjapo Las Vegas is...CLOSED.
Will we ever get go see u play blackjack? Tha would be nice to see.
If I make it to Vegas in the next few weeks, I’ll try to get some blackjack.
Sounds good. Still love watching ur videos. Thanks
I like your strategy. At 14:11 you covered the zeroes. I have wondered at times why you don’t cover zeroes on a regular basis. Must be simply because it nullifies any profit with your strategy. I think you mention this is a three zero table? It’s amazing a zero doesn’t come up every 8th-12th spin at best! You got pretty lucky
That is EXACTLY why I don't bet the zeros. Kinda kills the strategy.
Inside the Casino haha!! Makes perfect sense!!
I am also the dealer but we used to follow far better rules this this table
The only time I tip the dealer is whenever I cash out...You should play with nickels next time
whats with the pop slots menu music haha
It’s music from KZhead’s free music library. It’s not from Pop Slots.
I wish we could fast forward a few weeks. In the meantime I'm here watching videos again.
Same here! Thanks for watching! Stay safe and STAY HEALTHY!
The hit on number 17 isnt the payout way to low??
Nope.
# 17 hit. 96 chips paid??? that was short pay. 64 corner + 34 split + 15 double street = 113 chips
Yep. Good eye.
The way I play (I’m new btw) and I’ve won many occasions than losing. I double down on a color so if I’m betting $5 a chip.... I’m betting $10 black, $5 even, and then usually 1-12 or other sets of number. I be winning like that. It’s an okay strategy. I’ve been winning so far every time I go play.
Awesome! Whatever works!
12:53, Felt really small just winning 95 after having so much out there. and my feelings were right. it should have been 113$ if she saw only 3 on the corners, it would have been 97, so I don't get how she calculated out 95. if she missed one on thesplit it would be 96. No math adds up to 95 here :D probably an honest mistake but, sad loss for you :(
Honest mistake. Missed it while playing, and missed it during editing.
4...4....2....on corner== 80 2....1......= 15 ====95
I've Never Played Roulette, Looks Easy & Fun.. So When Its $10 Minimum, Can I Have My One Dollar Chips Spread All Over Table, To Make $10? & A 10k Max, Means, You Cannot Have That Much When Your Playing Or You Cannot Put That Much On A Table When Your Playing? I'm Confused..🤔Lol!
your total bet needs to be $10 and each chip is $1 so you can put them how you wish
Yes
Is "MGM Roulette" what the MGM properties call their triple-zero tables now? Yikes.
At 12:05 I think you should have gotten $114 8 corners= $64, 3 6 bet =$15, 2 split= $35
$113 actually. But you’re right. Didn’t catch that even while editing the video!
Inside the Casino this is what are viewer-friends are for!!!
I came here to say should have been $113 for 17. Unlucky my friend.
That was really 2 chips at corner not split. Therefore, (4+4+2)chips at 3 corners (won 10*8) plus 3 chips double street (3*5), total won correctly $95.
Casino tonight maybe
Good luck!
Let’s see some blackjack
When the casinos open up again, I’ll be sure to get some.
Inside the Casino Please do a series at all the different casinos. You can do Red Rock right now which is still open, I’d love to see. Keep up the good work
Look u got two free bets lol train ur dealer lol
Where?
How the hell do you win at Roulette? It’s like Baccarat! A fifty fifty proposition every hand. There’s no way to get an edge. You might as well flip coins!
That's where u are wrong
Yea definitely under paid that 17. 113$ gave you 95$ I mean 18$ off isn't much but there isn't even a bet that could match 18$ forgetting a 17$ split isn't a common mess up
Good eye! Even I didn’t catch that in the edit.
Nice
3 times I'm sorry lol
Where?
Ive just gotta say for the record Vegas dealers have some of the goofiest uniforms ive ever seen in my life... Where's the weirdo who comes up with these uniform ideas? Ive worn some goofy dealer uniforms too so I know how it is... At the Ameristar in BlackHawk we had these UGLY brown long sleeve shirts with pockets in the front it just looked so tacky I hated it... It reminded me of something a mechanic would wear lol
the look likd they work at McDonald's or so
@@Mizai I know right! I remember dealing there with those ugly brown shirts thinking I was a burger king employee or something lol
It's sad when players throw dealers 5 or even 10 dollar tips a spin because trust me those "Thank you's" you're getting from the dealer is company policy for the dealer to say because they don't want rude dealers... Trust me when I say because the dealer has NO choice but to split that tip over 150 ways with the rest of the dealers working on a 24 hour rotation... So that "thank you" you hear from the dealer is almost always an empty "thank you" because that dealer will only see a tiny FRACTION of that 10 dollar tip in 2 weeks on a paycheck...
Hahaha. That’s not how it works.
@@InsidetheCasino I worked in Vegas for 5 miserable years as a dealer... We love locals but tourists drive us crazy asking EVERY question in the book and only ever playing minimum bet... We refer to them as fleas... But it is true... Unless their tip policy changed every tip you throw a dealer in Vegas with the exception of 1 or 2 other places those tips don't go directly to that dealer they MUST share that tip on a 24 hour rotation! Trust me next time you go to play (I love your videos by the way) ask the dealer about how their tips get pooled and I 100% guarantee they will say the same thing that I said... If you were a server at a restaurant and a customer left you a BIG tip how would you feel if you had to share that with the other waiters? You'd be angry wouldn't you? And that big tip wouldn't feel so good anymore because you're only getting a small portion of it... Unless you work somewhere high end (Venetian, Aria, Wynn/Encore, or Resorts World) the average full time dealer on the strip makes 50k a year if things go well... Which in today's economy is basically poverty level if you're married and have kids to take care of... Some of the girls they contract to work as dealers who deal in bras and panties keep their own tips... But that's IT...
@@nickf527 so you're saying don't tip lol
@@tacocat8608 ALWAYS tip but understand that you're not tipping that specific dealer that you like... You're tipping ALL the dealers around you... So if you gave the dealer you like $50 he or she is only going to get a small fraction of that tip... So tipping is okay just don't get crazy thinking you're tipping ONE specific dealer and making that dealer a lot of money on his or her shift because its forced to be split with a few hundred more dealers and he or she will only see that fraction of a tip over a period of 2 weeks until its on his or her paycheck... It's sad that they make them do that really...
Your hit on 17 should have paid you $113
Yep. Didn’t notice that even while editing.
Why don't you people just bet $5-$10-$20-$30 on red or black every spin? If you keep betting what you win or lose, you'll double, if not triple, if not quadruple that $100 in less than a half hour.
I don’t care to employ ANY betting system that resembles the Martingale system.
@@InsidetheCasino Why exactly? You think you're unlucky? Because that's the only way this strategy doesn't work. There's less than a 1% chance to get 10 reds in a row or 10 black in a row, know what I mean? And imagine, there's the same less than 1% chance to get 10 reds in a row or 10 blacks in a row IN YOUR FAVOR. The trick is to never up your bet past what I said, $30.
You're playing triple zero roulette??? Just stop. That's ridiculous.
I get everything on my channel. 🤷🏼♂️
