This is a video from roughly 20 different videos of me building my project. This project lasted from September 2017 to March 2018. I am now taking apart the car in order to prep it for the next kit which is exactly like the GTR kit from NFS. I will be re doing paint and everything I have learned a lot between the time I did this and now and know I can make this car a lot better and way more accurate. Hope you guys enjoy all my progress and work and look forward to my future videos.

    • I also greatly enjoy Gran Turismo 6, Forza 4, and Dirt 3 is incredible with a Logitech G27 Racing Wheel, but yeah, I wish there were more like NFSMW, the wheel works with it as well!

  • The fact that you've painted the car in the garage with no proper light made me first cringe. I know I've done painting on my cars also and I know how difficult it is to get the perfect spray, no shadows, all clean. Hats off Sir, you really deserve more appreciation. The time, money and work you've invested in your project car is huge.

    • With the upcoming v2.0, here is my suggestion, put some speakers in the trunk, probably a couple of speakers too at the back where the backseat used to be placed, then make a nice sound system, then play NFS Most Wanted Tracks while showing-off your ride.

    • I think the car is entirely for show, not racing. Putting a nice sound system can be done without compromising much on the weight of the car, plus he hasn't put that much "performance upgrades" yet. His main goal is to make his M3 GTR close to, if not the exact replica from Most Wanted.

  • All roads lead to this! You might be the only human being in this world who built the M3 GTR at the closest accuracy to the game version! Straight cut gear and V8 might be impossible, but the accuracy of the build is enough for me to smile widely knowing that someone actually built the one car that I dream of the most!   • That body kit from the M3 GTR was the problem I had with all attempted replicas of the car from NFS but with that body kit and the hard work and dedication you’ve put into the car so far it will be perfect. I don’t think you could get the sound of the engine because the engine that the 24hr Nurburgring race car used isn’t street legal, but you can easily get some straight cut gears to get the signature whine. I just hope you know how much of a struggle the straight cut gears will be, they’re a hassle to maintain and you’ll have to gut the car to some extent but I don’t think you’ll have to do anything major. Really good work, I’m looking forward to seeing that car with the widebody. :)

  • WOWZ! Even the sound was as close to the m3 in the game too! So awesome how stuff like these are still happening in 2018. I've always said as a kid how NFS Most Wanted was my favorite and the best NFS ever. It lives on! I'll have to buy a new ps2 controllers now and find my memory cards! Will have to play this game again in 2018 :)

  • this made me smile a bit , the M3 GTR is really one of my favorites , right up there with the 56 Chevy Belair , 52 Hudson Hornet , the 69 Dodge Charger R/T and the 68 Camaro SS along with the Corvette Singray from 67.

    • John Bananaz yes. The p60b40 are not legal for streets. So many engines can be swapped here, but the legendary original BMW M3 GTR nfsmw engine are not a bad Idea

    • S62B50 can be found easily than GTR Engine. P60B40 Engine not sold or cannot be found.

    • Doğukan Berkan yah. There are a p60b40 exposed in the BMW museum in my city. Few unitys of that engine as produced for tracks purpose only.
