Currently this music is not being heard by the majority of the Brazilian population because of the cultural degradation that is the funk caused by the left government that was in power from 2002-2018, that almost implanted socialism in our country, screwing: educational system (by indoctrination ideology), economics, culture (cultural Marxism) and violence rates, conservatism is resuming again the majority of the Brazilian population and we hope that things will improve from here onwards

Animals is definitely the best album by Pink Floyd.. After many painstaking sessions of listening to every album , for years and years, i have come to this conclusion. Followed very closely by the Wall, and then Dark side of the moon.

(Spoilers on Animal Farm by George Orwell) Animal Farm: Pigs - Heads of government/politicians (Napoleon being Stalin, Snowball being Leon Trotsky, and Squealer being the head of propaganda) Dogs - The secret police (They shut down any opposition and carry out the executions ordered by Napoleon. They also chase Snowball off of the farm) Sheep - Citizens who ate up the propaganda fed to them by the government (In the book they often repeat phrases taught to them by the pigs such as "Four legs good two legs bad" and anytime an animal shows opposition to Napoleon or the rule of the pigs they yell these phrases until the other animal gives up) Boxer - The proletariat (the large hard-working horse; he was slaughtered after losing his strength and collapsing while carrying stone. The pigs used the money gained by selling him to the knacker to buy whiskey so they could get drunk) Benjamin - Intelligent people who aren't interested in politics or don't help anything change (Intelligent donkey who realizes what Napoleon is doing but does nothing and doesn't help the other animals understand until Boxer, his good friend, is being loaded into the knacker's van to be slaughtered. The pigs told them that Boxer would go to the vet in town) Animals by Pink Floyd: Pigs - Rich politicians Dogs - Ruthless businessmen Sheep - Citizens who don't question authority and are uncaring towards how things are being run (Although they rise up and kill the dogs at the end of the song)

Descobri esse álbum qdo era adolescente. Dei de presente para um amigo, éramos todos rockeiros na época. Como morávamos no interior do Pará, era difícil encontrar álbuns de rock e quando fui comprar; eu lembro até hoje; era esse ou Cesta Básica (dos Raimundos). Acabou que eu gostei tanto, que pedi para ele emprestado e nunca mais devolvi haha. Deve estar até hoje na casa dos meus pais. Esse disco é uma obra prima.

Obviously is the only band that tuned the instruments on La 432 Hz on Fibonacci scale, all the others bands used 440 Hz to simplify the piano tuning, ruining the music though.

Os caras veem comunismo em tudo, são burros demais, não conseguem interpretar. A música é uma crítica a regimes totalitários, e isso engloba Fascismo, Nazismo, Stalinismo a ditadura de 64 etc. Não tem nada a ver com a essência do comunismo ou socialismo, a questão é poder, e a desigualdade reina nesses regimes. O Bolsonaro é a cara disso, principalmente quando diz que as minorias tem que se adequar as maiorias. Não há como negar. Roger Waters acertou mais uma vez, Pink Floyd foi e sempre será resistência!

Incrível como essa música do Pink Floyd ainda é super atual e provocadora, mesmo já tendo completado 41 anos. Uma crítica muito inteligente mostrando através da paródia bem ácida do livro "A Revolução Dos Bichos" de que forma aquelas pessoas que se julgam revolucionárias de esquerda podem se tornar tão autoritárias e tiranas quanto foram seus predecessores conservadores de direita. E como já dizia um sábio poeta "o poder corrompe", no final tudo se trata justamente disso: uma briga pelo poder e manutenção do seu status e privilégios...

Sim o álbum foi baseado no livro ''A Revolução dos Bichos'' , mas esse álbum tem como principal crítica o neo-liberalismo e o conservadorismo na época , lembrando que a maioria das letras nesse álbum foi escrita por Roger Waters que é um socialista assumido e nessa musica podemos ver que ele cita Mary Whitehouse uma conservadora da época !

Animals is definitely the best album by Pink Floyd.. After many painstaking sessions of listening to every album , for years and years, i have come to this conclusion. Followed very closely by the Wall, and then Dark side of the moon.

Pink Floyd , is pure medicinal music
(Spoilers on Animal Farm by George Orwell) Animal Farm: Pigs - Heads of government/politicians (Napoleon being Stalin, Snowball being Leon Trotsky, and Squealer being the head of propaganda) Dogs - The secret police (They shut down any opposition and carry out the executions ordered by Napoleon. They also chase Snowball off of the farm) Sheep - Citizens who ate up the propaganda fed to them by the government (In the book they often repeat phrases taught to them by the pigs such as "Four legs good two legs bad" and anytime an animal shows opposition to Napoleon or the rule of the pigs they yell these phrases until the other animal gives up) Boxer - The proletariat (the large hard-working horse; he was slaughtered after losing his strength and collapsing while carrying stone. The pigs used the money gained by selling him to the knacker to buy whiskey so they could get drunk) Benjamin - Intelligent people who aren't interested in politics or don't help anything change (Intelligent donkey who realizes what Napoleon is doing but does nothing and doesn't help the other animals understand until Boxer, his good friend, is being loaded into the knacker's van to be slaughtered. The pigs told them that Boxer would go to the vet in town) Animals by Pink Floyd: Pigs - Rich politicians Dogs - Ruthless businessmen Sheep - Citizens who don't question authority and are uncaring towards how things are being run (Although they rise up and kill the dogs at the end of the song)
Passaram mais de 40 anos desse álbum e as músicas ainda estão atuais. pra mim o melhor álbum juntamente com o The Dark side.
Descobri esse álbum qdo era adolescente. Dei de presente para um amigo, éramos todos rockeiros na época. Como morávamos no interior do Pará, era difícil encontrar álbuns de rock e quando fui comprar; eu lembro até hoje; era esse ou Cesta Básica (dos Raimundos). Acabou que eu gostei tanto, que pedi para ele emprestado e nunca mais devolvi haha. Deve estar até hoje na casa dos meus pais. Esse disco é uma obra prima.

Obviously is the only band that tuned the instruments on La 432 Hz on Fibonacci scale, all the others bands used 440 Hz to simplify the piano tuning, ruining the music though.
