  • Everytime the B1M comes on KZhead-we get to learn new ideas for the built environment-in the past project engineers would have to physically visit the site to assess the progress and do corrections as seen but now with the advent of CAD/CAE and real time simulations the hazards have been mitigated and complex projects like shown can be handled and help the lead times-the beauty of it they can be customised to meet the client's criteria or intents-keep the show going.

  • This is very similar to the Martin Place development in Sydney. An existing underground railway station with a pedestrian mall and shopping precinct on top of it, a completely new Metro line is being bored through with a new skyscraper/shopping mall being constructed on top. Martin Place Station will be extended to accommodate a new train system. This is part of the new Metro system being rolled out across Sydney. The tunnel will go under Sydney Harbour and under the city centre north to south with new stations and linking up with existing railway station such as Martin Place and Central Station. It's all very exciting and fascination engineering.
