Again, to me, that is professional and not personal. Imagine being Charles, one of the greatest of all time, getting constantly put down for never getting a ring despite almost single-handedly bringing your team to the finals and losing to Michael Jordan, and seeing the 2nd best player in history complain about lack of talent with two other all stars and co-champions as teammates. Of course you’re going to say something. Even in a case where I think it’s pretty clear to say Shaq isn’t really taking a solidly reasoned position, he still offers the much needed counter, is plenty patient enough to let the other dudes finish their points, and has some legitimate basis to from his points (he’s done those things and he’s been in those positions)
