    • Wow reall well said. They definetely need to spend money and make more tribute videos. It makes no sense why you have to go to private KZhead channels to find any information about UFC fighters. The UFC needs to make a new series, like they did with Laura Sanko - they made a biography documentary on Laura Sanko, it's on the UFC channel. They need to do a full documentary about Justin Gaethje, Israel Adesanya, Masvidal, Colby, etc. They could double their sales by making mini-documentaries. It takes decades for a fighter to "organically" get popular, purely by accident. Literally, it took Masvidal about 10 years or more to get popular.

  • In his post interview he said some interesting things. I like how he called out the other guys in the division. It was not cocky but confident. As the champ has has earned the right to fight any and everybody. They have to earn it. He is basically telling them to climb the ladder like he did. Do it, get to number one, and you get your shot. He is talking about getting better and he is the champ. That will take him far. Ariel mentioned boxing throws in the towel. I've only seen it once, but it was while the ref was calling the fight. That was when Josh Thompson beat Nate Diaz. Nate's corner threw in the towel as Josh was finishing Nate. There is no shame in that. The Diaz are still widely respected. "Kill or be killed" I like Volk's concern for the Zombie. When they were talking about it, just after Ariel mentioned boxing, I thought about George Forman vs Joe Frazier. Now the zombie was done and not at death's door so it's not the same, but it sounds like it George turned to the ref after several knock downs. You can hear people in the audience yelling to stop the fight.

  • He looked unbeatable in that octagon on Saturday night. Laser focused, in flow state, pinpoint speed. I don't think he should go up to 155; he's 5'6. Him and Cejudo need to fight and some of the 135ers need to try moving up too. Cejudo and Volk have a good few years of fighting left (Cejudo sitting out and wasting his prime years was dumb but at least he's coming back) but the named 135ers like TJ or Cruz are getting old now. Maybe they'll move up soon too. The UFC also need to seriously consider resigning DJ. There's a lot of things I would like to see happen if I'm honest.

    • Dana really does not like Henry Cejudo. And it's obvious why. Henry has blatantly tried to strongarm the UFC, to manipulate them into paying him more. There's one thing that Dana hates, and it's when you try to bully him or talk bad about the UFC in the media. And I don't blame him. Henry could have negotiated, and simply asked for more money and he probably could have negotiated a big payday. Masvidal ended up with a huge contract, and he never threated "retirement" to try to strongarm the UFC into paying him more. Every person knows that Henry retired as way of gambling his career in order to make a big payday. He had hoped the UFC would want him back and would make an offer, and they never did. The only way he will come back is if he shows that he is taking his career serious and is going to fight 3 more times, and he is honest with what he wants, instead of trying to play the "retirement" game.

His concern and the ref's concern were warranted. Zombie would have popped up and would have kept putting his head in front of Volkanovski's punches. With punches to the head, it's the damage you don't feel that harms you the most. Memories of Ray Boom Boom Mancini's match with the Korean boxer back in the day.
