Seeing Vitaly in this shape gives us so much hope towards his potential. Hasn't been the best recently but certainly has the potential to be #1. Denis lurking in the background with Levan on the table was legendary! He still is a monster even when he's out of shape. Can't wait to see him square up with Levan this December hopefully.

Laletin weighted 120 kg in this match and Levan vas 170 kg, in the meantime Laletin moved up to almost 150 kg and i bet he could beat Levan in couple of rounds at least. Genady Kvikvinia could also give Levan problems, maybe even Devon can take a round if he gets his weight where he was against Tod.

Not really. In an interview to a local fitness channel he explained that the first round was basically a warm up for Levan, not an actual struggle, while Vitaly worked really hard. People make wrong assumptions based on what they see without trying to understand the full picture.
Devon might have had a chance against this version of levan this levan was probably 40 lbs lighter as well.

You have to give credit to Laletin for the second round.. he was able to hold on for much longer than other opponents whom Levan had faced before and also Laletin made Levan to use all his strength... Laletin is a beast too 💪💪

From what I've witness, Vitaly had VERY good breathing control. You can see that vitaly sometimes pauses to catch a breath and then strikes again quickly. Levan in the other hand is holding his breath. If vitaly didn't go all out in the first match to try toproll levan, I think we could witness much more legendary battle here

Vitaly is extremely strong for his body shape. His height is an advantage as well as the weight is for Levan. The only one to win Levan in the near future would be a more muscular/enhanced and in general more trained and dedicated Vitaly. Dude is not even a full time/professional armwrestler, not focusing on it at all, he‘s driving trucks. Still the only one to give Levan a run for his money

its not just size, many good examples out there. vrezhk for example competes in alot higher weight classes all the time, also john brzenk did it for decades. etc etc

Levan i hope stays healthy, he could set incredible records in arm wrestling, and i think he would go anywhare to pull if challenged. When he puts the power on it must be something to feel if your the opponent.
