14:30 RX, back to CrossFit recently. Hard part for me was managing heart rate, so I did the burpees with a worm/step-up and side hop, staying low. Happy to have beaten my wife, who has a way better engine. Have fun, goes quick.

I want to try 24.1 again, but my shoulders killed me after. Maybe I should have broken up the snatches more, or was it the burpees 😢
So if I am doing foundations and I do struggle with a standard burpee, I am allowed to do an elevated burpee like I would normally do in class?

Why outside foot? Pros/cons outside/inside?
Honestly just personal preference and a little bit of momentum
The outside foot first will allow that foot to be established to push you over the dumbbell. If you step inside first there's a bit more change of weight distribution needed on the jump. At least for me planning on doing the one-foot takeoff for the most part
