SBMM and EOMM kicking HARD in the YT comments now. Censorship is out of control. Almost everything I attemp to share gets yeeted..... it's insane how BAD it's gotten.
>bounty on someone's head for playing a video game. The tolerant left, everyone.
.... meh. We already saw it aplenty with the Harry Potter game 🤷♂️
Were heading to the point where they can report you and watch you get dragged out of your house. Sound familiar?
Remember, in their minds wanting to look at attractive female characters (not even necessarily sexualized) makes us terrorists.
Remember when they forced a meme a few years ago that tried to paint the people using this line as being mean or overreacting, and paint themselves as innocent do-gooders, and people bought that?
They stopped claiming to be tolerant about 6 years ago. Now any dissent is punishable through threats and violence. They don't even pretend anymore.
Asmagold about to introduce a woman to a foreign concept called consequences .

Asmongold is about to feed that wh ~0~ re with a good ol' kryptonite

@@rashidisw lol there's a "translate to english" thing under your post hahaha
This is a fine example of juxtaposition: placing two contradictory points of view in one place so that the contrast is absurdly obvious. Well done! Now, let's see how the actual objects of these unhinged threats fare before the bench in court.
@@AdrianGrave And the "translation" is the removal of a single space in item 1. How useful! Artificial intelligence is still no match for natural stupidity.
That was obviously a joke. She literally said that you have to also make Eve's melon's bigger. "You have to do both." Actual quote. The reason that you "men" keep pretending that you think a harmless joke was actually "putting a bounty" on someone is that you are sub[marines] who WANT to be victims.
Anyone targeted by these people should press charges. Otherwise they'll keep behaving like this until something terrible occurs.
In many cases it already has. Never forget Ed Piscor and Alec Howalka.
@@xdomeman yeah. But those guys did it to themselves and were on their side. So this is slight different because in this case they'll lead to someone else do it to the target instead of the target doing it to himself.
@@SergioLeonardoCornejo Ed, definitely. Still doesn't make it right. They gleefully drove him to the brink and clearly had no remorse whatsoever. Alec though, not sure. As far as I know he just wanted to make games and didn't seem very political.
@@xdomeman no. What I meant is that there are contextual differences between those cases which make me consider them notably distinct from this one. Naturally what happened to both Ed and Alec is unforgivable.
@@SergioLeonardoCornejo I know that there are differences, but the culprits in both cases share the same mindset. They feel justified in what they do because the ideology they follow says they are right and we are wrong. Another difference is that the people in this incident might actually suffer consequences this time.
The camp who cant take a joke have absolutely No Right to say "its a joke" as an excuse. Use it against them.

People claiming "it's just a joke bro" are the same crowd that was all for "words are violence". Also let's not forget the fact that in america trolls have used swat teams as hit squads so it's not out of the realm of possibility that someone might send a swat team to Grummz or Amogusgold house just because they saw someone calling for their heads.
.... yes. EXACTLY all of this. We've already observed how it goes the other direction..... 🤡🌎
Sure. I am very sure, she meant it as a joke ("you also have to make EVEs boobies bigger"), but it can definitely also be seen as a concealed threat.
Its only a joke when people are laughing, having a bounty on someone is not a joke no matter what. Time for some consequences
@@Towa-556 Exactly, if I say I'm willing to call in a ¢5 hit on someone because they stole my favorite nickel it's no laughing matter.

Insanity. We need all those mental asylums opened back up, now.
If ANYTHING that happened during gamergate HAD to be taken seriously, this definitely has to.
This is the first actual threat Ive ever seen. Ive not seen anyone saying "I got exit threats" ever produce it.
During the first Gamergate the journos made multiple credible bomb threats that police had to respond to.
Briana Wu was caught writing her own death threats to make the people wanting ethics in gaming journalism to look bad.

She put a bounty on his head. Even if she couldn't pay the bounty, it's very possible that someone could believe she is capable and willing to actually do so. That makes it quite credible as a threat.
It's painting a target for those agitators that wouldn't stop at words. Yes, there would/should be accountability when/if something happens, but why shouldn't we be pre-emptive and make clear that any threat (in "jest" or otherwise) is met with (legal) consequence.
This is literally a murder for hire case, it can fall under RICO statutes as well, mobsters have gone to prison for decades for using similar words that were caught on tape.
Imagine someone murdered someone and the harasses the one who Twitted a bounty to pay up... In a just world *BOTH GET THE SAME SENTENCE!*
Presidents have been shot by simps who thought it would impress their queen. Supposedly.
No she said that you ALSO have to make Eve's grapefruits bigger (actual quote: "you have to do both"). I feel sorry for the "men" pretending to be afraid.
Of course it's a woman... I hope he does everything in his power to have her prosecuted...
Offering a reward to unalive someone is a crime and will normally get the police knocking at your door. But it looks like the rules don't apply to you if you have the "correct" politics.
Did Hamas Piker get in trouble for his veiled threat against an active US politician? If that doesn't do it...
Oh, the rules will very much apply, and this should involve the Feds.
A good rule is to ask yourself what would Twitter do if that person dared to insult or attack a protected wokist.
..... there'd be SO many tears and calls for action, on behalf of wahman victim in 🤡🌎
This is obviously a woman who's never had to deal with consequences before. So I say throw the book at her. Both as a way for her to learn some maturity and humility, but also as an example to others that the double standard won't be tolerated anymore.
That's usually called an object lesson. Yeah, 100%, man.

Why are so many people suddenly 100% r-worded on the internet. What happens when a weirdo takes her up on her offer? What next? I'm just a girl I didn't know this might happen? This is why don't do twitch or twitter.
I'm pretty sure the "I didn't actually think anyone would do it" doesn't defense work, either. If someone acted on your words because you offered a monetary reward, _you_ are liable. You literally asked for it to happen.

There should be consequences for this kind of behaviour.
There are, if you can find a non-pozzed prosecutor who takes the law as it is... Yeah, I wish there were consequences for this type of thing too.
Because they're now behind a screen, the social backlash is not so strong as it used to be, so it may need to be replaced by another system that delivers consequences to perpetrators. I don't know if the law is the apropriate one for all kinds of bad behaviours. Jordan Peterson sometimes mentions this exact phenomena.

If this isn't a big deal why are they freaking out so much about disagreement?
This is a credible threat. Even if nobody takes her up on it, it's a credible threat to him. I think Asmon owes it to the Internet to press charges.
He better follow through
GOOD. She wanted to play this game, and now she’s paying the PRICE SHE DESERVES!
As we used to say: Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Denims is the same woman who said “What does it mean to have pride in your work?” lol. Just another streamer bottom feeder.
And remember, the people making these threats are the same ones who say "Why do you care, it's no big deal" RE the censorship stuff. It's such a "not big deal" that they want you ended for even talking about it.
"Why do you care about death threats? Do you value your life? Wouldnt it be better for the planet to have less people on it? Reduce the carbon production? It is morally correct to not live anymore. For the animals and the trees!" Thats how these people think.
These threats need to be taken seriously. We all know how far a simp can go for their objects of affection. Now imagine theyre promised a monetary reward along with recognition.
She’s gonna say she was joking . Back pedal. Ask all innocent and apologize. No accountability
Gen Z has a well documented lack of humor.
she deserves to be in jail or else precedent is set and we can be ungovernable
Grummz is sound. He's been resisting censorship changes to games for a while. No need to threaten him.
I'm not sure I trust him. He could be a plant running deep cover. Not like it's never happened.
.... yet my simple comment doubting him was immediately, scrubbed 🤔
A precedent will be set with this. Even a woke company would know better than let this POPULAR (as you rightly pointed out) streamer get threatened.
The legal fallout is very simple. They both have government approved opinions so nothing will happen to them.
The thing about credible threats versus non-credible threats Vee is that in a lot of those examples you just have the implausibility of trash talk and in the one with the Toneman and that woman, you've got someone attaching a price tag, money, money they could actually have, to their trash talk. It is then posted on the Internet in text or video form so it has the potential to reach everyone with an internet connection and, *feasibly* someone whom may take it seriously enough that is in close enough proximity or just willing enough to take the chance to travel to then commit the implausible crime.
"Won't someone rid me of this meddlesome priest?"
Good. This behavior is unacceptable and it will get worse unless it is punished.
No way, Cpt. Obvious 🙄
Idle bounty threats? Hmm... (Californya-nya)
The irony is that she meant it for Grummz but Asmon got caught in the crossfire just because she was reacting to his reaction to that Toneman. 🍿🥤
The bottom line is that if she had an ounce of tact and common sense she wouldn’t have said it at all and the problem wouldn’t dealing with this at all.
Time to lock these people up.
They look at your criminal history too. You can be in a serious trouble if a judge actually considers your threat serious.
Only people who have never been held accountable can say these things and play them off as a joke.
Twitch wont do anything about this so Asmon taking her to court is a more viable solution. Wait til Twitch simps- i mean deers- i mean mods go to change the TOS over this to defend her. Even when the suit is going straight at her only. Narcissists never fail to make anythinf about them.
I hope justice is done but I doubt a woman will face any kind of consequences.
Asmon has the right to protect himself
Bring back bullying
4:38 Yeah, stuff like that would normally and casually happen on Ice Poseidon's streams back then and clearly not as much now.
While not MEANT seriously (I'm pretty sure about that) it should still be TAKEN very seriously, because people are really bad at understanding jokes and some maniac might go ahead and do it. That doesn't mean I think nobody should be able to make a joke like that, but you better put some more effort in and make it very, very clear you're joking. At the very least it should be funny.
I wonder what needs to happen throughout one's life, to turn out this kind of trash of a human being. Online space made people too comfortable. This cries for legal action and I hope she'll pay dearly. Insane...
How do you make the video with the little character? (I want to make the videos as well :)
You KNOW if he did the same or similar thing to her, they would SWAT him so she deserves whatever punishment she gets.
Twitch will do nothing they love their twitch Garden tools.
They put a price on his head without specifying the executor, all it takes is for some crazy person to think "easy money"
Remember when it was conservatives calling for censorship back in the 90s? Somehow it's flipped.
Those aren't real conservatives those were neocons and they're the worst type of conservative.
Making a police report doesn't necessarily mean that the cops will do anything about it immediately but if something does happen to Asmon that police report can be used as evidence if they suspect it was her or her fans. It's not about arresting them it's about being able to take them to court if it was legitimate. A police report doesn't have to have a crime attached, even a suspicion of one is enough to get one made. This is extremely helpful because it also serves as a deterrent because anyone you make a police report about can immediately be considered a suspect if you get attacked.
Welp her daddy is gonna need to come save his little girl.

"bro why does it bother you that i threatened your life it was just a prank bro it's not like we're unhinged lunatics or anything"
People should send in more reports about her and the original tweet
"this is like a felony" - not like a felony, it is a felony! Straight up ordering a hit on someone, how the heck are both of them not in jail yet?
"Might put in a police report" =/= "Will press charges"
Imagine someone murdered someone and the harasses the one who Twitted a bounty to pay up... In a just world *BOTH GET THE SAME SENTENCE!*
Good. More people should do that.
I find it so annoying when ppl like that chick say they are sick of someone on their timeline or similar just don't get is that it's extremely easy to mute/block anyone you don't want to see on your social media. As a free person it's up to YOU to censor what YOU don't want to see. Not on the rest of us to censor ourselves just for you or other people who are too lazy to block or mute. Or just learn to be ok with people having differing views in a free society. I don't see ppl wanting death on them or their type. Plenty of criticism, sure. But to want someone ded over not liking their viewpoint on like one or a few things is just unhinged af.
IF, and that's a huge IF, she gets sued they'll cry harrasment and sexismus and she'll get richer in the end
Good. The FBI should also be involved with Federal charges.
People dont press charges, only the prosecutors can. Even if a person is assaulted if the prosecutor doesn't want to press charges all a person can do is file a civil suit. If the lady saying shell pay 30k to make a person disappear, identifies as lgbt then prosecuters probably wont even make a record. At MOST shell get a warning. Probably not even that
I’m sure that will totally work out 😂😂 like it has ever other time someone has did this online oh wait 😂😂
He would be beyond an idiot if he didn't. He knows the Internet and the odd balls(put kindly) that dwell within.
@0:57 That happens if you cannot tell fiction from reality and played to much Hitman. That is far worse than kids asking for a link to pirate - for a lack of a better word - a certain game in the comment section.
I would say it can fall under threat because of the very nature of streaming. You don't know who is watching that is willing to perform for ANY rwason, especially in today's political climate where if you're on the right side of history, the system will let you go.
Making threats on musks platform should be an instant ban for their account
Solicitation for murder. She made an offer in a monetary value meaning that lawfully its a real offer or can be perceived that way.
Now tell me someone they haven't censored Stellar Blade. But this dev is at least honest. The hypocrisy is just ridiculous >tsukihime a piece of blue glass moon >published by aniplex >aniplex is part of Sony >sony forces edits on their own game's artbook in global release >artbook remains unedited on switch If you wanna see Ciel uncensored you gotta use the children's console instead of the one with all the adult-rated games.
It's amazing that we live in a time where it needs to be stated: soliciting assassination is a crime, and doing so in public is a terrible idea. If it's supposed to be a joke, you'd best make that clear enough that a judge can't take it seriously.
Good!
Honestly he 100% should

These idiots are all the same. Keyboard warriors who cry and run away when they make threats and get called out for it. Offering a bounty on the internet to weirdo followers us a credible threat imo.
Ok this is getting out of hand
I know there are many who would say that she wasn't being serious and I agree, but that's not the point. These people that will get on social media and try and regulate what everybody else is supposed to understand to be offensive are the same ones that will get on social media and literally put out a contract killing, and claim they were joking.
Quick question from someone who doesn't live in US. If one of her followers took her up on the offer, and twitch hadn't done anything to her as a result of what she said despite being reported etc. Would twitch be liable too?
*YES* AS EVERYONE SHOULD I don't care how much time effort it takes, I won't take the risk. Yiu break the law and act against me, I WILL take action before you get to harm me!
