Kingdom Come Survival/Town Building. This game seems like it has so much potential. It's on my wish list already.
Mums g
I have been playing none stop since release. I still do find it interesting how the ui is so similar to kingdom come. Yet F5 for a quick save and no sippies, is fantastic. 😎😎😎 Bought it 15 minutes after adding to wishlist.
With a huge slavic influence, at least when ot comes to the names of towns and people
Is it better? Worse? Crappy? Status quo?
Yeah is it from the same makers ?
"Your wife might leave if she's dissatisfied" Understandable "And take your heir with her" Aw hell naw
That’s a given
That's how it works, 9/10
Even medieval Karens take the sprogs!
as long as i dont pay child support lol
Wait is that legal
The question is.. will the main character feel quite hungry?
*HONGRY*
Cold, hunger, and thirst make you lose HP pretty fast.
@@Vi4jaya It's a Kingdom Come: Deliverance joke.
@@tristankendrick2582 Hungry of Skalitz
Notes for developer: Longer Seasons - so we can enjoy the fruits of our labour and not feel so rushed. Maybe 10-14 Days. Food - Eat less but fill more. Surely eating 1 rabbit and a few apples would fill someone up. Economy - Better prices. 1 Gold for sticks is way to much lol, otherwise peasants would all be rich.
Since playing, I can agree with all of this. Just these 3 changes would add more immersion.
Longer seasons - The purpose of the game is to build a dynasty, hence it is bigger than the single life of your own player. A dynasty as such requires multiple (!) generations, and with seasons of 10-14 days you will have to put in hundreds of real-time ours to accomplish. Food - In the medieval times that the game is set, people had less eating moments, but bigger portions. Keep in mind that you have to sustain a full day on 1-2 meals. A rabbit and a few apples is ok, but might not be enough for a full day. Economy - The game is situated as a gathering/crafting game with DIY approach. Steep prices disencourage the player to just buy all materials and go build. Instead this approach encourages the player to gather and have a balanced progression curve (which would generally give the player more appreciation for unlocking the next tier, as opposed to rushing through all tiers)
Even 5 days for season would be enough, anymore and the time spent would be too much
An entire log and 10 sticks to make a wooden hoe, and ten sticks and four rocks for a stone hoe, so an entire log just for the head. And four firewood from a single log but weigh four times more. An entire log for just one spear with three uses, these logs don't make much sense
@@daanl8993 You make good points bar the food. Food is unbalanced and need resolving.
I'm a bit late to the party but here's my random comment.. "Food is an essential parameter for life and without it, HP drops." That's what I'm going to tell my children in the future when they don't want to eat dinner. Keep it going, battle brothers!
Note to developer : add sound effect when tree drop down after cutting. I think it would add to immersion..
"I can carry 35 kilos, we are not even close that that!" *Proceeds to pick up entire tree*
Narrator: " But at least we had a living, and our plates were never empty." *Blackout* "Then..." Me: "Everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked."
For a medieval simulator, I hope I can get married in this game and have 10 children before I die of rat plague or something.
And the children should die.
Fire Breathing Moon Beam about 2/3 of them
If you have 10 kids, you're already plagued by rats

Advise for the developer: Learn from KCD, bug fix is TOP priority!
They are pretty on top of bug fixes so far, 3 bug fix patches on day one (maybe it was day 2 but I think day 1) and a small bit of additions to the game as well. It is Early Access and they are doing pretty damn good so far.
Nice to see that these open world, survival games are coming back 🔥
This looks awesome! Thank you for sharing. The music is epic as well
ESO - from that what i know: Some types of trees give less/more wood. Easy money - pick up and sell berries,sticks... Leave furs for crafting items to your character. Your first house is "temporary". You must later find place to settle your own village. Dont settle your village when you dont have huntsman hut. You must support your people with food. No, this was not your wife xD You must find one for yourself, and this is aint easy because you must talk alot with girl to make some reputation.
Yeah, I agree on the seasons being way too short. You have no time to get anything started or even stocked up and ready for the seasons. Oh and sleep is for the weak, hehe.
Nobody likes 3 day seasons, so I bet they'll tweak that in the future. I spend a game day just walking to another village to do a quest, and trying to rush because I know I need to buy some manure and get my seeds planted before the end of the next day, which is like a 2 hour deadline at best real time, lol
I nearly pissed my self at “you could rob the local populace!”
Dude, love the video and walkthrough. Looking forward to this game. Getting it for myself.

This looks really promising! :D Thank you for uploading !
This game looks like a cross between Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Life is Feudal: Your Own. When I get the cash I may invest! :D
That is exactly what I thought. And it's also exactly the blend of game I was wishing someone would create!
This game gives me Kingdom Come: Deliverance vibes. ESO is back at it again.😁😁😁
feels like they took the game KCD and changed the objectives while tuning the graphics down
As usual good content from you. Thanks!
How di i miss this upload! Quality Content as usual!
The menu almost looks like Kingdom come deliverance

I just got it on the steam winter sale, always love your content since ESO days. Glad to see our tastes converge again! ;)
I really hope that thus could eventually get onto Xbox or PlayStation
It has controller support so they might port it if it gets successful on pc
Rob Hope Ok thanks for letting me know and based on this game and how many other vids I saw I really think that if could
@@henryaugenstein176 yeah I think it will, it's a great game, I'm addicted 🤓
Rob Hope would it not get more success if it’s available on consoles as well? But I guess it’s about being able to afford it.
From playing it it 100% can be ported over it isn't overly complicated to learn but tons of fun to play so once it takes off on PC I don't see why not
Just put it on my wish list. I hope they incorporate some level of raising/selling cattle or meat, and domestication of certain wild animals for guard/hunting purposes, or simply just pets
I mean you can have animals, but no form of breeding or depth to it. Simply have chickens get eggs type system. Would be nice if it had more depth.
I'm sold... Your first impressions are so enthusiastic and I particularly like your voice impressions when reading the dialoge. This is such a dream concept for me. My one biggest request would me to add a co-op multiplayer option. Maby let the player hosting be the main protagonist while friends who join can be a brother or cousin who visits and lends a hand.
Just came back after a few months of not watching eso and i must say itd good to be back watching remember when i started watching his videos a few years ago. Still one of my favorite KZheadrs
now i really want a KCD 2 i dont know why but i do just from watching this game

and I will agree to that.
I saw 5 secs of the environment and scrolled down to see if anyone posted this, was not disappointed.

You were two days late; and about 50 other people have said that too. I'm assuming these are both PC games since I've never heard of them and can't find Medieval Dynasty in the XBox store. Edit: I found Kingdom Come Deliverance on Xbox.
Thank you for your innovation and bravery. You are truly a leader.
YES, I knew I could find you playing this! You didn't steer me wrong with KCD, I trust your judgement on this! KCD ended up being one of my favorite games of all time.
Best playthrough of this I have seen so far :)
At first sight i would say it's a mod for Kingdom Come: Deliverance
They for sure ripped assets but everything else seems pretty unique.

Looks like a great game, definitely going to pick it up. I love the idea of carrying the logs as well. Not sure if you will be able to use animals for work with a sled and bull, for instance, you could get more/bigger logs.
It's truly remarkable to see small Devs get love and exposure like this. With movies, you have power houses like disney, with social media you have face book, and I could go on with these examples, but with video games, it's still an effort and creativity driven industry. Yeah you have big companies like Bethesda, but untitled goose game came from no where, and the internet fell in love. Love to see this.
The fact that the tree did not make a big "Thud" sound when it fell made me sad :(
Apparently if a tree falls in a forest no one really does hear it, even if you're there

The music of the game sounds amazing! Whoever who made that should be proud :)
Bit late but just got it and loving it ESO. Great channel too
I’m only 43 seconds in and I’m already hooked 😂
If a developer is reading this, Danny should voice act someone
I was gonna say that, but thought someone mentioned it already. He should.

Hey eso . Would love to see more cant wait for more episodes . Love you content . Take it easy ;(

Eso’s channel is seriously underrated
They really need to hire some English voice actors, hearing an American accent in medieval settings is an instant immersion breaker.
Yeah birmingham and west country accents for all peasants
Because everyone knows Slavic peasants spoke with British accents!
Blue cigar Gaming he said Slavic not France. And anyway, a British accent isn’t as immersion breaking as an American accent, but it still isn’t correct.
Blue cigar Gaming ah, my bad then.
actually english accents werent a thing until 1700s because the aristocracy wanted to seperate themselves so in reality a present day english accent isn't accurate either
Hey ESO,. I just got this game on sale and started watching your videos on it. Keep up the great work.
This video made me so happy. Back to those diamond in the rough spottings of ESO. Reminds me of the early days of Kingdom Come: Deliverance which ended up being one of my absolute favorites of all time.
One of the first things that impressed me was the woodland. It looks nice and dense and lively. Looks really good so far! The game reminds me a lot of KC:D, beyond the obvious reason of being set in the Middle Ages, which is a good thing! I'll definitely be supporting this one.
For developer add an enemy and friend system, add it so you can have kids, make a group of warriors, be a thief, different biomes show little things like showing the tree getting cut and snapping the branches(more animations) locked doors, more clever A.I I dont know whether you already have these things. Edit: also all npc's should have a skill set and different personalities, also good and bad traits, and random encounters, and you should need a bed to have kids, and there's dirty water and you need to urinate and shit basically.and more house decoration mainly interior and paths are made as you walk over places like trading paths you tell you villagers to take. Mire building would be cool too like castles so you can fight with people or friends if it gets multi-player.
I agree with a lot of that besides maybe the urinating and crapping I feel like that would get annoying after a while.
Not everybody goes missionary position so I feel like a bed requirement to have kids is not realistic as a need. People can do it anywhere & often do. 😁
@@brennernelson7010 if it was constant yeah
@@loraelstad8941 the beds just so it's a bit less random
You can have kids, as you character ages and dies your kids become the PC, hence the name, you build a dynasty. The game is set in Poland so different biomes would be weird, though there are seasons which affect temperature, the type of crops you can farm, and some dialog options. When you build a house it is a prefab with furniture already. Needing to urinate seems like a unnecessary feature, that simply becomes redundant. You can already get dirty and need to go into the river or else you gain negative reputation when talking to people, even that is annoying. One main recommendation I would make is they drop the static PC, and create a more tabula rasa design.
Love your Energy! keep it up!
i need more of this from you ESO!
Survival is one of my favorite genres.
This game does look really cool. I'm already thinking about getting it

First thoughts: This game has a Kingdom Come: Deliverance feel to it. That's certainly not a bad thing! Only a few seconds into the video right now, and I'm hoping this is the kind of survival game I've been waiting for. Continued thoughts: LOVE the voice acting you've provided for the peasants! lol You've got real talent, my friend. Perhaps an unrealized calling? Keep it up! Concluding thoughts: Well done! I'm certainly interested in where this game is headed! Thanks for the video. Looking forward to the next!
