The exercise for this 20 Min Full Body Sledgehammer Workout are:
A1. Alternating Sledgehammer Squats
A2. Alternating Sledgehammer Halos
A3. Alternating Sledgehammer Lunges with Twist
A4. Alternating Reverse Sledgehammer Flyes
To perform this 20 Minute Full Body Sledgehammer Workout, you will perform 5 rounds of the entire circuit with an interval time of 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. That means that for each exercise, you will be performing as many repetitions as you can for 50 seconds then resting for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.

The upper body part of this was extremely easy (perhaps too much so), but the lower body lunges left me so sore! I walk >5 miles every day, but I am not used to lunges or squats.
You can make the upper body portion more difficult by grabbing the sledgehammer farther away from the head of the hammer.
You're so strong... it's insane!

Still working everyday. My business is considered an Essential Service, so I haven't stopped seeing patients and my athletes are still allowed to train under the guidelines, so I haven't had to stop seeing them either.

Thanks! Yeah, I've been 100% carnivore since March 1st. I'm going to stick with it until I no longer see a benefit. It works for me because I feel fantastic on it and I don't mind only eating meat with occasional eggs and low lactose cheeses.
Cool I’m on 2nd week, had some coconut milk got chocolate today , it was nice, I’m going to stay with it tho, i feel like a little cheating is better than burning out.
@@essentialcarnivore7735 do what works for you and as long as it works, don't think of it as cheating. You don't need to go "all in."

I've seen heavier. If you buy it at the hardware store, you can find a sledgehammer that's 20+ pounds.

I only workout with metal soundtrack or watching some hot girls, they motivates me. I don't like training watching men but I liked, signed, learned and I'll training watching hot buttomed girls!😂😂😂💪

Completely different from a Kettlebell. The sledgehammer puts your center of gravity much farther away from you which makes you less stable and also makes the weight feel a lot heavier.
