It's all about digging a hole and filling it in again - just the process and structure is different. Got to give it to Bealy Good - he has undertaken a humungous project however the effort will be worth it in the end. Concrete pour is great to see at last.

Yeah, I worked about 5 years (80s) building pools in hot humid East Texas. Mostly vinyl liner, but we roughed in several gunite pools. I was a ceramic tile contractor who got into it through doing the tile work for the pool builder.

If that claw could be reversed to match reversed bucket you could have a culvert pipe or cement chute on the claw to pour from in closed position. Not viable for a few buckets but there may come a time.

don't give the man an idea to put a 60" culvert from the deepest of the pool that leads out under the pond and comes up between the shore and the island into a round opening clear lucite infinity pool to jump out of into the pond after having swam through the tube holding ones breath. Like Shelley Winters in the Poseidon Adventure of old. come up for air there and then back down in to continue in the same manner and pop out ON the island itself.

Chris is the Project Manager,I'm sure of it 😁 Must be money in those little 5 min jobs ,oh just a bucket full of metal won't take you long? Travel time Machine minimum 1 hour charge Machine wear and tear charge(short start ups and run time is no good ) Then the operator charges,he has to get out of bed charge ,use his truck to get there and back charge ,then some project management observation and decisions and advice,it all adds up 😅
