Legs and core strength is directly proportional to arm strength so please include dead lifts and squats in your routine as well no western armwrestler will show you in his KZhead excercise regimen as this a secret.

How many kg are kettlebel? I started to train in home 3 months ago after a cancer that weaked me so much for 8 years..i m doing push ups 5×10 reps, hook and top roll with loop band 3x 15reps, than i'm doing capitains of crush 2.0 3x8 reps,hammer curl whit a little hammer 5kg and pronation whit it 3x6 reps of all 2 exercises and finishing whit 3 x 20 wrist curl 15 kg and curl 3 x8 12kg;all of that 2 times for a week..what do you think about? I'm 26 y.o 6.3" 98 kg biceps 16" forearm 13" 18% bf Ps.thanks for those videos and inspirate us to armwrestle

This is standard bicep and wrist training and yea there is one exercise for hook training which is the cheat curls but what about the cable extensions for advanced hook and top roll and side press training.
Can you suggest on diet?....i am struggling to build my muscle....

@@mhdaarafat1072 that hammer curl at last was 200 lbs = 90 kg , ... But it's a multi pulley system so it's not true weight... True weight is half of 90 ie 45 kgs bro , 22.5 kg per hand of hammer curl ... It's not very impressive , but really nice considering his weight only 70 kg
