made me realize i need to keep going im tired but i cant give up now.
Brother….my brother…. I felt that…peace and blessings
Keep going!!
Have you continued, friend? I hope that you have. 💘
Robert Greene deserves this success. It shows through his stories
Robert Greene don’t believe in the word “hope”
48, still don’t know what I’m supposed to pursue or what I want to “do”. I’ve come to realize not everyone fits into expectations. Some of us are ok to be here and live out life as a well-qualified human being. So much of the paradigm is crafted by capitalism. I guess that isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but not everyone fits in the box and somehow life is still worthwhile. Maybe because I’m a woman, but in all honesty much of the discourse belongs to a masculine perspective and experience. Each person is important for their own path and worth as a unique life. You don’t need to produce anything or be anything to be valued and worthwhile.
By my late 20’s I realized I can’t work for others. Did some independent contractor work for a while until I started my own businesses. I do not do well with micro-management. I am open to feedback but I’m super responsible so having a Manager or Boss is unnecessary for me and annoying. But I do hire coaches all the time so I can improve and get honest feedback. I share your dislike for workplace dynamics
Bravo, as cool as an elephant. Big and deep Slow and strong Wise and humble
I'm doing independent contract work as well
i like what you said, I do not do well with Bosses too cause sometimes I feel like it’s unnecessary for me. Probably bec. I know I could function well myself as the BOSS. Then I knew I what I have to be, a boss of my own and not an employee. Now, I’m running an LLC. It’s still a work of progress but atleast I’m starting somewhere right, we will all get there eventually. Persistence and hard-work.❤
Knowing what you hate is so helpful. Now you can steer clear of that. Fair winds
Friend, you are a Sigma male. Welcome to the club.
"Im talking to my bottle of shampoo" heheh I love him!!!! I too am weird like that😂
Omg I can't believe he said he was enthralled with language and words, and refers to it as music. I've always said this!!! A good writer strings symphonies together with words! My favorite thing in the world as a kid was to be surrounded by books and read all day
Beautifullll
Same!
Same same same!!!@@brittney3156
Hope you live forever Robert. You'll forever be a legend 🙏🏽
Exactly ❤
Hell yeah! This man is a God! 🙌
wtf
Amen 🙌🏻
I don't care if I sound dramatic, I played this while I was sorting out tons of laundry, and I had to stop for a few moments because I got chills at how profound the message was to me, how inspiring, I have heard a lot of Robert Greene interviews and Tyler your questions really brought something out of Robert that just resonated so well. Thank you, this was amazing.
What was one those things that have you chills. Genuinely curious. So much gold in this short video.
Omg me too
ME TOO...
Did we just get manipulated? 😂

I found this conversation with Robert Greene so captivating. As we talked, I found myself getting more and more absorbed in his words, his ideas, and his personality. Talk about the Art of Seduction! Yet, I don't think seduction is the full picture. It also felt like Robert is genuine, kind, incredibly bright, and funny. I'll remember this conversation for a long time. If you have yet to become a Robert fan or to read his books, you have a fascinating journey ahead.
This conversation was brillant, I really appreciated your short "hmm" when Robert shared something thought-provoking, many host are quick to chime in an add-on similarity or experience and you let his brilliance shine. Had to watch it again it was so great.
Captivating indeed! Great discussion questions. I could listen to him all day every day. @54:00 - 55:08 👈🏽 that’s exactly what makes him incredibly unique.
Yes, right there with you.
I need to listen to this again! How have I not been aware of Robert Greene until now?
@@bunnylopez1808 But he sounds like a weirdo
His uniqueness is what captivates me. He speaks from the flow of his own soul. His is self-aware, and his words carry a high flavor of compassion & understanding of human beings. I love him. ❤
Robert Greene is the ultimate contemporary Renaissance man. With his unique, masterful blend of language(s), philosophy, history, and psychology, he has no equal.
Seriously, this guy is like coming from another world. I am seriously starting to love him.
I truly admire Robert Greene for his amount of compassion he inspires me ❤
Is this available without the backgroup music?
He says the word "bullshit" with the tone and sage of a monk and I could fall asleep to it hearing it on loop
I can't articulate how grateful I am for this exchange. God Bless Mr.Greene such a human gem
We are not all narcissists. Mr. Greene has some interesting insights into manipulative & dark personalities, but his extrapolation that we are all narcissists seems more about normalizing his own admitted narcissism. I find it interesting that he never discusses codependent types which usually bond with narcissists as they are typically the quintessential power couple. The narcissist needs someone who will adore them & put up with their ego--who better than codependents who think so little of themselves.
Oh I love this comment! I just now after years and years realized it is that I adored my narcissistic husband. I was his biggest fan . But I also dont really like much of Robert's tips. If this is why I've had such a hard life at 51 years old. I fully accept it. I dont like mans way.
The fact he mentioned potter payper is just incredible! His music is literally poetic to me.
Lets Wish #robertgreene full recovery and a wholesome life ahead!
Has he been ill? Has he recovered? (hopefully) 🙏
I like my dark side. I love it. I love myself so much. I'll know my purpose when the time comes
Fantastic interview! Robert Greene is a brilliant contributor to society. Our moment in time is fortunate to have him. Fantastic interviewer too. Excellent questions and facilitation of the discussion! Well done and thank you!
really enjoy listening to the channel's sharing. very good, very meaningful and very profound. Great
I can't believe he thought that at 8, and writing a book from the perspective of a vulture trying to comprehend human (simple) activity was a stupid idea. That's great for any age, but 8 y.o.!? Stunning.
I saw a shining light one night, move over the mountain and flash at me. After that, I have spent every day writing. I haven't stopped. It's been nine months now.
Curious to your writing ✍🏼 👍
Unbelievable humility and wisdom.
Amazing human being.
I’ve watched many interviews with Robert Greene across the web and this one is by far the best! I’m sharing this with my 22 yr. old grandson. I wish I’d known or been taught these laws when I was in my 20’s, but it’s perfect timing for him. It’s perfect timing for me as well, as the title suggests, the wisdom is timeless, and applies to all ages.
I'm a chosen..but recognize there is a duo side of me..I suppose it comes down to reckoning both sides..yet choosing which side you want to feed.
Chosen ........we can tell by your impeccable grammar and writing skills ..🤣😅😂
Robert is brilliant, humble and grateful. Very inspiring.
and scammer
@@messianic_scam I don't see it.
@@messianic_scam how so?
Ive never heard Robert speak but man i can feel him. So sincere in every word he says! Incredible interview
"Writing the Best Book Possible - Do what I Love, Do what excites me" - Bravo & Thank you Robert. Nice interview Tyler. ❤
Messenger of the universe 💚

Books, Podcasts, films, art pieces and records are all beautiful expressions. The list goes on. It's all art. The best form of art is what we see before our eyes. Each of us create that art.
I express myself with dance..
Thank you so for taking the time to make this content.
This conversation made me tear, especially during the end . All I can say is wow This man changed my whole perception on life
Such an eye opening interview, learned so much! Thank you Robert!
really enjoy listening to the channel's sharing. very good, very meaningful and very profound. Great
I mastered one dark side may be two that got me in trouble all the time and it revealed another problem that I'm very grateful knowing it i mind my own business and see what happens the journey continues
Crazy that there are folks like this everywhere...most choose to not voice it or express it...silence is King...even over money ,fame and recognition.💪
Such an intelligent mind! Robert Greene, you're the best!
Your sympathy and understanding for the less fortunate people is phenomenal Sir. Very very powerful conversation summarising humanity
Surprisingly, this is one of my favourite interviews with Robert. Love the anecdotes on his life story before The 48 Laws of Power came about
That shirt is incredibly the most high fashion piece ever. Designed by death itself. Damn.
it screams "idgaf" about your fashion ideals 😆
I’m so appreciative that I’m on earth at the same time as this man. One of the most inspiring and powerful storytellers who’s ever lived.
TODAY is the best Day of my actual year I just became a lover of Robert Greene's advices, and opinions.
Want to listen again and again, thank you so much :)
I am very grateful to be able to listen to this interview in particular but I love all his work. It is a privilege to have him in this world with so much love to humanity. Sharing his knowledge and effort to continue to give us the best of him. Thank you very much. God bless you and your family.
Robert is one of my favorite authors. Thank you for the interview
Thanks for a good message
People who have it easy never have to work on themselves. Truest words ever.
I don't two squats about the dark side. God's been training me since I was born. And I'm ready.
Amazing. Love your path. Wish. I could spent life time with this man ❤
His level of awareness is mind boggling! I love it.
Seriously you are captivating in the best ways
I've watched so much of Robert's content lately. Amazing stuff.
This is superb...
Great interviewer , never seen Robert reveal this much.
Great conversation. Love everything by Robert Greene.
The way Mr. Greene talks about life always puts the important things back into focus.
Love Robert so much. He makes me feel so normal and relieved! Love the Irish story he’s so real
Thank you Robert Greene you are a great man and thank you Tyler for conducting such a great interview.
Yes, great interview

Very Powerful Interview..thank you !! 🙏🏻😊
I love listening to him. Amazing…. Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring me to be a better person!
Amazing interview, thanks a lot
As always, Thank you very much Mr. Green. May you live a long happy and healthy life🙏🏾🤞🏽
When Robert mentions Fabrica in Italy I nearly fell off my chair! I worked there for a couple of years in the late 90s. It was very disfunctional and unpleasant, but also a place where a new life started for me, too. And for many many other people! I feel that it was a shitty place for new personal and professional connections and new exciting directions. I wonder what Robert thinks about this and if he feels that some places in certain times somehow do the job of connecting people, like airports or train stations where people meet, arrive at, depart from, return to and where new directions are possible. When I first discovered Robert Greene I was looking for a good author of good audiobooks to listen to while drawing. He felt so weirdly familiar from the beginning, I found myself alone in the room kind of commenting aloud on what he says in interviews and audiobooks as if I knew him. Then I heard about his experience at Fabrica and thought about the building, the people, the lawn and the fountain in front of the building, the food from the canteen, the dirt road leading there and so much more that I now know we share an experience of. I wonder if it's just me or if sensitive people can sense common links and experiences in people before they even hear about them?
Great IV. Love both you guys and hope to stumble upon more guys in my YT algorithm doing more content like this. Robert may talk predominantly to his male students in life but as a chick, I'm a sponge to his wisdom too. Hes so graceful, generous and brilliant in passing on his observations. I'm so calm listening to him. Thank you. #LoveThis❤
Excellent interview. Thank you
I tried to listen to an interview with Robert before, but it did not grasp my attention and was boring. This specific interview has hit something in me that I dropped everything I was doing and listened to it to the end. I'm excited to start reading Robert's books. The part about prisoners he mentioned is absolutely true; I have been working in the prison system for almost two decades; I have seen his books all over the place, but I never got curious. However, this interview has gotten me captivated.
Speechless!!
I felt a bit judgemental when I heard the 48 laws of power but I saw the Jordan Peterson interview and I've bought Robert's book and now I like him 😊 a lot of these rules are things I've also thought and I love his take on empathy. 100% true.
Awesome 👏 so thankful to have come across this video! Very insightful, it gave me much to consider on my journey & in the work that I do ♥️♥️♥️
Spectacular interview
Again.I learned something today.I enjoyed this conversation immensely. Thank you.👏👍💐
Looking forward to your new book, Robert 🌟
Listening to robert is like meditation, so soothing.
I like the way you added background score to this interview.
This man is so knowledgeable, amazing ideas and great grip on the content he wrote.
Music to my ears! Thank you sharing
So amazing, how Robert can make a point and make you see humans beings are unique and give everyone a chance.
I really like the way the interviewer asks questions and listens carefully and is not trying to interrupt.
This is amazing
Big fan of Robert Greene! Thank you
Thank you 🙏 this speech is 4 me 🙏🙏
Thank you for this interview! I have only read excerpts of Robert’s books, but after listening to this interview, I want to read them very closely - maybe I can glean some guidance to apply to my own life as I am beginning anew at 49, lol. Thank you for reminding us it’s never too late. Such great energy in this exchange - with an excellent interviewer! - & their presence together is a beautiful combination of open, genuine communication, humble gratitude, down-to-earth relatable perspective, authentic intelligence, & compassionate wisdom.
❤👑 Robert Greene
Thank you for helping me accept more flaws about myself that I haven’t admitted to myself, but discovery of some too. I am embracing all of that of myself. It’s helped me mold who I am today. Shadow is necessary work. But now I have to stop being afraid of my light. Thanks again.
One of the best talks❤
Terrific interview. I’ve been watching a lot of Robert Greene content. This is one of my favorite interviews. You bring out some special ideas from an already brilliant gentleman. 💚 I also believe the music distracts from the conversation. It lends a disingenuous sentimental push, and the auditory choice competes with the words. 💘 Thank you for your work. I’ve subscribed!
This man is a genius. His outlook on life is amazing, I can listen to him all day.
Thankyou Tyler & Robert❤
Thank you Graham and rob this wonderfully interview and needy for many
Interviewer.. you’re good. You’re great.. Love listening to Robert talk as well.
Thank you very much for the interview. I especially like his comment on being bold. It takes another level of courage and clarity to follow through one's vision in the face of controversy.
One of the best discoveries of my life is Robert Green, I wish I had found him fifty years ago. It has taken me way too long to understand what I now understand and Robert has defined it in his books. His books should be a class in school. I am so thankful that I found him. I discovered him reading Ryan Holiday who is also very good read! THANK YOU ROBERT
I'm so glad that I. Stumbled across this man! So much makes sense!
I love him ❤
The shirt story was amazing!❤
A movie has to be made on this man
