Neurorehabilitation combines the principles of neuroscience and clinical care, and plays a major role in recovery and improvement of quality of life of people struggling with neurological disorders and trauma.
This approach incorporates knowledge of psychotherapy, neurobiology and physiotherapy - in order to harness the ability of the human brain to adapt and reorganize, otherwise known as neuroplasticity.
