  • I grew up eating lobster and the bigger they are, the tougher the meat. As a kid, I always wanted the biggest one, but even my Uncle who was a Lobsterman, never saw one that size. It's was actually illegal to keep a lobster that big if one was caught. The sweetest ones are usually 1 pounds, but I don't know anything about crab, except they're tasty too 😋🤤 My Mom was the only one in my immediate family who ate the guts, I guess as kids we were too grossed out by the look of it. My Mom loved it though. I'd still like to try eating a lobster that big, it's probably my favourite seafood, followed by scallops. I always said if I had to choose my last meal on earth to eat, I'd pick lobster with crispy french fries on the side. Now I think I'd choose lobster and beef bulgogi as my last meal 😂

  • 제철 돌아올때마다 게먹방을 다짐하고 부릉부릉 달려가지만 진짜 몇개 못먹고 속이 느글느글해지고 배가 불러서 맘껏 못먹는거 속상한데...쯔양님 먹방으로 대리만족합니다😅

  • 갑각류는 껍질의 무게가 상당부분 비중을 차지해서.. 살수율 90% 이상이 되어도.. 실제로 순살이나 내장같이 우리가 실제로 섭취할 수 있는 부분의 무게는 불과 전체 갑각류 무게의 35~45% 수준이라.. 10Kg이라 하더라고 실제로 섭취하신 건 3~4Kg정도 드셨다고 생각하면 얼추 맞을거에요.. 저렇게 드셔도 어마어마하게 드신건 변함없지만..ㅋㅋㅋ
