- Put it around your wrist stretch till it meets your thumb twist it to lock at your thumbs nail this acts as the trigger then just finish tapping around your palm till bout half way pretty simple to follow the hardest part is stretching it from your write and locking it to your thing but once you get that down rest is ez pz

After a lot of trial and error i realised why its not working and how to fix it. Do it exactly as him but the first part leave leave the rubber band very loose, this will avoid it climbing towards your hand in the second part, and tense it the most at the second part after the thumb pinch, this will give the band the tension to make it climb towards the object. I was doing this the other way around because logically you tenese it first so you have more band with to work with but its the oposite.
