When a new wall level is released you can only upgrade a limited amount of them. After a while the devs will remove the limit so you can upgrade all the walls

the last time I played clash was when the teaser for townhall 11 was out. I got the game the minute it came out in 2012 on my I-pod. so much has changed.

Beak, Its not overpriced, overpriced is when Town Hall 68 comes out and walls are a billion each, they might even make upgrade time on walls so that means eagle artillery would take a year to upgrade.
