  • When I was young, I used to wet myself...but instead of getting a response from my parents about being okay to make mistakes, I remembered getting beaten and shamed. When I have kids one day, I will NOT repeat what my parents did to me, since I've known better...and hitting your child does way more harm. Even if this is a TV show, I applaud Sam for being there world's most amazing father.

    • im so sorry that you had to go through that. you were a child and peeing in your pants is ABSOLUTELY normal. i hope you're healed from such a wound your parents left. maybe it's too late to say anything now, but know that it's alright to make mistakes as it is a part of growth and learning. we are growing everyday..hence mistakes and challenges are bound to happen, everyday. what matters is how you react and overcome them. your parents were not open to mistakes and that's on them, be different. you are so very loved by many people and worth it.

    • i am not korean first and foremost we international fans are not obsessed with naune and gunhoo just because their mixed race.In sian's case i think what donggok is trying to teach sian how he has to stand strong because he is the the only boy in his family besides his father.A man should be strong to be able to protect his family, so that someday if he has his own family he is man enough to face any responsibilities.Would you want sian to grown up with no confidence and weak when it comes to facing tough times.This one of the responsibilities that a father should teach their son's to he man enough so if anything happens to their family it can still be protected.
