I've noticed Jason feels uncomfortable gifting presents to his friends as himself, so he usually plays a character or gets someone else to do it for him. Jason is so sweet, thanks for always spreading positivity.

I don’t think it’s that he’s uncomfortable, because gifting very much so is one of his strongest love languages. I think he just wants to make it as fun as possible for everyone involved between the person receiving the gift, and the viewers on this end. I think part of it is that people expect comedy and funny videos out of Jason, and giving sincere gifts are not A naturally funny situation, so I think it’s a mixture of sincerity and giving everyone a wholesome laugh.
I think he does it not because he is uncomfortable with feelings, but because david doesn't like to be serious on camera.

Of all the people in vlogsquad, Jason has the most genuine appreciation for David. David is indeed a giving and generous person. And so is Jason.

Shelby and Sandy are so talented they did a post where they made a full mural of Bart Simpson for each frame and make it seem like he was walking in the finished product. So cool. No surprise David was impressed by their work
Umm..he has two other pieces done by them hanging in his house. He has also commissioned and gifted pieces from them to other people, including one to Liza when they were together.

@@jlove24 would depend what you got..plus you would likely have to commission a piece like Jason did, or buy from a gallery. I’d imagine the layered style like this one, and the ballerina were probably in at least the low to mid 5 figures..the one dimensional paintings I’ve seen usually around $10k on up again depending on what it is, intricacy, size etc.

I cried actual tears at the end when you mentioned how you never got to thank David. And this video was so good, from the jokes, to the piano, to the character, to the flashbacks, the editing. Everything. It really shows how strong your connection to David is, and your love for him which just got me all emotional. And that's how you know it was a great video, when it transmits a feeling onto the viewer. Keep it up Jason!

What I liked about this piece, was how David was stunned and mesmerized by it. Art when appreciated for what it gives, moves people. I am happy I was able to see this posting.

But his friends get a lot of clout from his vlogs which helps them in their careers Because without David let's be honest here they won't be as successful as they're now
@@liliana5495 he could have used all that ad revenue and ad budget and put it in his bank account. Even partnering with probably 1/4 sponsors that he has (he doesn't havr many KZhead sponsors because of the adult content) and convincing them to buy an entire car eats up into his own ad revenue that he could be using to buy himself shit. So yeah, even if seat geek helped him buy the cars, it still is extremely nice of him to arrange all that money for his friends. Logan, ksi, Charli, Dixie, superwoman etc etc all earn way more money through ad revenue than David, I don't see them buying cars worth 100k for their friends. Plus add to that David posts short form KZhead videos of 4:20 seconds full of adult content, smoking, sexual references, he earns way less money through ads than you might think.
