I hate when there’s a fellow mum out there I would love to help but can’t. So send baby J lots of love ! I wish my Partner had been the supportive father you are. He drained me to the point of exhaustion … so bad I passed out and busted cheek and had to get stitches !!! So what you’re doing by giving her the break she needs is priceless Be proud And omg rodeo is the cutest little squeak !!!!

  • I struggled with really bad post partum depression make sure she contacts her doctor and they can help her with medication to help her it's not long term just until she feels better! Also if it gets to bad maybe get into a post partum counselor. There are so many options for this when left untreated sometimes it takes a very long time to just go away and can get worse so attack it now and get her feeling like herself again! It's also very important when you feel this way you really want to push yourself to do things that have helped you feel better like hair nails go on a walk go shopping! I hope she feels better and I hope this kinda helped you guys a little bit it's soo hard going through it I was on medication for a year and it made me feel like myself 🥰
