    • Yes, it is hard for an introvert, but it can be improved a great deal with practice. Google 'shame-attacking exercises'. Going outside the comfort zone on a regular basis is the key. Travel is a fantastic way, the situations demand that you talk with various new people on a daily basis. The fear of being judged is much less when you interact with a person knowing that you would not meet him or her again in your life. As long as you are not doing anything criminal or immodest, or culturally taboo, or might lead to altercation, you are fine to talk about anything.
