  • I'm a British Turk haven't been Turkiye for a while but absolutely love the foods you showed my fav got to be the Iskender kebab we have a few good Turk places here in the UK but noway like eating it in a good resto in Istanbul.

  • There were a lot of great desserts in the video, but the sweetest thing in your video was your daughter, by a large margin. She proved that she knew the good stuff when she prioritized the "firin sutlac" with one swift move. May she grow to be a happy and healthy person. The main ingredient in helva is semolina, which is made from wheat. The creamy thing they drizzle on helva is called tahini, i.e., sesame paste. And a fun fact, etymologically pizza, pide, and pita all come from the same root. Originally, it is an Aramaic/Syriac word, which means flat bread or piece of (flat) bread. All the best.

  • Dolma is also Version of rize and meet with Peperoni in Peperoni, sarma is in raps leave. Like you used Dolma Word is also some time used instead sarma. Cacik is turkish tzaziki. You had to try börek with patato also . Künefe is cheese inside. I think you did it. I mean trying everything. there is also kokorec that is famous but it need to ve tried spécial places .

  • Yuliya, I must say this clip was an exceptionally interesting and extraordinarily painful one for me to watch. 🤭😁 As a person with diabetes, I had a hard time watching, yet it was enjoyable and quite interesting.   • Hello, you should also try - içli köfte - kuzu ciğer şiş - küşleme -kuzu tandır -büryan kebap( it may smell heavy to you unless you like lamb meat so much ) -and of course CAG KEBAP ( by the way, in my opinion, cag kebap is the not only the best kebap but one of the best meat all over the world. I am so assertive about this. ) good luck :)
