Mark 39 is my favorite suit in Marvel Universe
It's in my top 10 for sure! The gold and white mix on this suit are iconic
Cool to see this suit actually got a cool moment against the Extremis soldiers and didn't get easily trashed.
For real! I understand why they didn’t, but I really wish more suits got a bit more time to shine and highlight their unique capabilities

I would be interested in seeing how he would have utilised the legion in an avengers film, would he have called them all to the edge of a combat zone and swapped and changed them out as needed?

I’ve actually thought about this scenario many times 😅 Lets say he had access to all of these suits during the battle of new York, he probably would have used the mark 34, 35, 36, and 38 to help with civilian evacuation, the more durable/heavy duty suits like the mark 17, 18, 24, 25, 26, 28, and 29 with fire and rescue, and the stealth armors like 15, 16, and 27 with infiltration in stopping Eric Selvig and shutting down the portal. And of course, the mark 39 would be the one to take the nuke through the wormhole! The rest would likely just be used to fight off the aliens with the other avengers and tony hopping in between them lol
