I made toriyaki, a Japanese pancake that's easy and quick to make.
It is sweet and delicious with custard cream as a filling.
▷Dorayaki Ingredients
-100 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 20 g honey
- 30 g milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 g baking powder
▷ Custard Cream Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 35g sugar
- 15g cake flour
- 200g milk
- 1g vanilla extract

  • J'ai adorée la recette, merci du partage ! J'ai pas le même design de la crêpe que sur la vidéo mais le gout est à l'honneur ! Quand la crêpe est finis je conseille de laisser toute une nuit dans le frigo, le gout est milles fois meilleurs après !

  • Se ven super deliciosos. Los intentaré pero podrías aclararme un par de dudas. Dejas reposar ambos preparados en el refrigerador y cuánto tiempo? La leche para la crema por cuánto tiempo la calientas?

    • Reservar en el frigorífico durante unos 30 minutos. La leche para la crema está a unos 80 °C (176 °F). Espero que encuentres mi respuesta útil.🥰🥰
