  • As a longtime NYC DJ, I’ve played with Mark many time throughout the years at NYC clubs. He’s a genuinely, nice, creative and humble guy. While coming from a musically connected, wealthy family, a former model, you would never know it. He’s just a real fan of music, a bloody good DJ, producer and musician.

  • Even better than his sense of vision, his sense of arrangement and ability to bring the best out of his artists, is his absolute dedication to the craft, the sacrifice he’s made to help create amazing records for the artists he believes in.

I was 14 when I heard "Ooh Wee" and I've been following his career ever since. I think I'm always going to hear "Bronson" when I listen to it now lol. "She's Got Me" and "International Affair" are my other stand-out tracks (shout out to Daniel Merriweather!). I remember seeing Mark Ronson live for the first time in 2008 and it is still one of the best live music experiences I've ever had. Thank you Mark Ronson!!

  • I'm not usually someone who watches documentaries, but I saw the name mark Ronson and I COULD NOT (no matter how hard I tried) figure out why I recognized the name or where I knew him from...so I hit play with only the intent on figuring out where I knew him from and I was planning on skipping through until I figured it out and then turning it off...BUT, I watched EVERY MINUTE FROM BEGINNING TO END! What an AMAZING man, I am BLOW AWAY by how intimate he was with his emotions throughout the ENTIRE FILM!!!! With all the fakes, wannabes, plastics, sell outs, followers and liars in the entertainment business today, THIS MAN is soooo GENUINE and soooo HONEST....he is THE REAL DEAL and THANK GOD for that because it is SO RARE these days!! In fact I'd be willing to bet that not even a full 1% out of all the people in the entertainment/media world today are actually true to themselves, show their REAL/TRUE emotion etc!!! We are living in a time of our world where I TRULY FEAR that we are all SO BADLY disconnected from each other.... that it will only be a matter of time before we have a world full of leaders who we will only be able to recognize by the tops of their heads....this being due to all of them addressing their nations, giving public speeches (etc) all while having their heads down staring at their electronic devices (phones, tablets etc). Just think about that for a minute....REALLY think about it...now think about how absolutely possible this could be in our very near future if we don't make some MAJOR changes ALL AROUND THE WORLD! People like Mark Ronson are so rare and so badly needed...to remind us that people DO have emotions and there are MANY things people can be apart of and passionate about...rather than just spending all their time in cyber space. Iconic people in the entertainment business and/or all of the different media platforms are who everyone looks to and where everyone goes for advice, opinions, gossip, what to wear and not to wear, what to buy...bottom line is everyone looks to celebrities, websites, apps etc FOR EVERYTHING.....so I pray that all of the honest celebrities out there will use their influence in the media world to try to remind people of so many things....things like emotions and connections that they don't even think about or realize is important anymore....the enormous number of things they take for granted etc etc etc....I highly doubt things will get any better, in fact it just seems to be getting worse by the day....but people like Mark Ronson give me hope...so I've still got hope! On a different note, Bradley cooper made a few different comments about music that are SO TRUE and I LOVE SO MUCH, I wrote them in a notebook of mine. The first few sentences are at 1:03:40 and the other few are at 1:06:33....any REAL/TRUE music lovers will definitely appreciate these words!!!

  • I love the story of his mom finding she was pregnant right after marriage. When my husband and I married I thought my stomach was sick due to nerves. The night we got married we ate at this wonderful seafood place so the next day when his mom joined us we went back to the same place and I just could not eat it. I had a hunch I was pregnant. Stopped on the way home to get a test and the look on my husbands face was beautiful. That baby was his first biological child, though he sees the two oldest as just as much his.

  • I get so much pleasure to watch this documentary. I am a huge fan of 💔, and now I want to hear 'Late night feeling'.. so gorgeous tune.. love that he said about 'round shape' - it Is! In my mind first that I think was that melody and voice are so united and moving slowly...so nice 💫💎❤
